I foolishly agreed to this, because he was making it sound necessary to finish the landscaping and he was clearly not offering to pay for his own mistake. I hired this company to maintenance my yard, and they failed to deliver on the 1st visit. When given a quote, I was told that my bi-weekly service included mowing, edging, blowing, and yard scrubs. In the written agreement, the foregoing were also included. Not only was my 1st visit over a week overdue, but they didn't even touch my scrubs! All they did was mow, edge, and blew my lawn once, and the grass had not even grown in yet! But, they want to charge me for the entire month of April for 1 visit where our agreement was not even fulfilled. This is absurd and truly embarrassing on the management's and owner's behalf...
