The bar area looks cool and huge tvs to watch sports too. We were greeted by wonderful ladies and we got seated right away. Our waitress Blanca was FANTASTIC! Kindly shared great recommendations and was on top of serving us. The bus staff was even amazing! Great young men! My hot honey chicken sandwich was amazing! Juicy and tender, seasoned well. The sweet potato fries were excellent. I tasted the gumbo and cornbread and it was amazing! First time having buffalo shrimp WOW! I could eat 2 plates! I got the triple flourless cake to go and it didn't disappoint! Yummy! Great spot!

The food was decent (I enjoyed the burger & queso, but the pretzel bites, fries and beignets were…read morejust alright). However, the service was some of the worst service I have ever had. We came in and waited to be greeted by the hostess. Maybe 10 minutes passed and 2-3 other groups also came in before we saw the hostess and she had the sourest attitude I've seen that wasn't a snotty teenager arguing with their mom. The tables were so close together and booths tight that multiple groups had to adjust chairs or add chairs to a booth to be able to fit their group of 4 comfortably. Tables were left dirty & covered with dishes - two tables we're left uncleared for the entire 2+ hours we were there until the hostess with the horrific attitude cleared one glass at a time with a truly horrible look on her face. At one point when the hostess was walking back to the front from the kitchen, a young child (maybe 3-4) was politely walking to her table and the hostess said something to the effect of "get out of my way" - to a toddler, behaving perfectly reasonably and the hostess wasn't even carrying anything that might topple over. Our waitress was not much better than the hostess. While she was mostly pleasant, after 45 minutes we had to flag her down to ask where our appetizer was and she apologized before bringing it out 10 minutes or so later. It wasn't so busy that the kitchen was behind - I think she just forgot to put the order in or the kitchen forgot to fire it. We had placed our dinner order at the same time, and that came out shortly after the appetizer for 3 of the 4 of us. The 4th member of the party had to wait 10 minutes or so for her chicken wrap to come out. Flagging down our waitress for the check was also a challenge. She would disappear for long stretches of time. Service was truly appalling and we were there for over 2.5 hours for what we had expected would be a quick and delicious dinner. I won't go back.

We loved the pot roast poutine and again, the pizza was my fave. The service was fine, the staff was busy and running around. But friendly when we did see them. The ambiance is what you'd expect from the location and type of establishment. No big surprises. I'll go back for the pizza when I'm in the area.

This review is one that should've been done a very, very-LONG time ago. We've been coming to this…read morefine establishment for 4+ years. Since then, we've had the privilege to sample quite a few items on the menu- and can't say that one was mediocre or needing improvement. One of their top appetizers would be the pot roast egg rolls- mouth watering, filling and very satisfying. However, today I'd like to talk about their breakfast menu and the service that makes your meal even better. We've come to the conclusion that Clancy's (on 103rd) is by far our go to breakfast place- no questions asked. Dana, who is the opener, manager, bartender, server & class act- is who makes us keep coming back. You know she cares about her clientele- always greets us by our first names-she knows what we drink- remembers it- and has our breakfast orders memorized, as well. Of course, she verifies if we're doing the same- and of course- we always do. If you haven't met her- you probably should- great sense of humor- the sarcasm is on point and an overall- real, down to earth, kind person to start your morning with. . Clancy's is lucky to have her on their team. On to the breakfast.. The pot roast hash is what I order..EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The pot roast is cooked to perfection- comes with potatoes, onions. two eggs (I choose over-medium), toast (I recommend the sourdough- which they get fresh from the bakery next door), and then complete this dish with a Guinness gravy. I can promise you that this favorite breakfast of mine is also a generous portion-They really do hook it up and trust me...you will want whatever you don't finish for later. Keep it up, Clancy's!!!My husband and I will continue to advocate your establishment. You're greatly appreciated.

GOLF simulation? Watch sports? And eat good food? Fore we go! A great place to do all three. Food…read moreis good. We got a trio appetizer dish w/ cheese sticks(packed with cheese), fried pickles and buffalo egg rolls(packed with flavor). I know I might get some kick back on this but the smoked wings tossed in maple bourbon sauce....had me feeling like I was at output(haha). The wings were good and fell apart off the bone as we picked them up off the dish. Pulled pork was good. And the steak bowl was packed with steak and flavorful, salsa was definitely on point. I couldn't see going anywhere else in the area for a bowl. Drinks were drinks. We kept it basic as it would for a dive bar vibe. Service was attentive and the servers watched your drinks as they walked by..... if you were quarter a way they'd approach to see if you need another round. TVs everywhere. If you love to golf they have about 7 golf simulator stations kinda tucked away but still in the mix. Golf was $40 an hour at the time of this review. I'd say this is definitely a neighborhood bar with great food. The only real complaint I have is we ordered tequila, soda water and lime. And when I got my bill they charged me for soda water. This was a first. Although not a big deal for me. Still a great time.

We've given this place multiple chances because the wings used to be decent, but every visit has…read moreleft us with the same impression: the customer service is consistently cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. The final straw was a recent visit when a policy was apparently enforced requiring customers to purchase two separate 6-piece wing orders if they wanted to split sauces. A 6-piece order is $10, while a 12-piece is $12.99, so instead of simply charging for an extra sauce, customers are expected to pay nearly double just to have two flavors. That makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary cash grab. When my friend politely questioned the policy--especially since we've been repeat customers and have split sauces on our wings many times before--the manager became defensive rather than trying to explain the change. She was told to come back on Monday to speak with "Jim." As she was leaving, my friend commented that the interaction felt rude and suggested the manager work on her customer service and body language, as the entire conversation came across as dismissive. The manager then responded by saying, "Just don't come back, bitch." Whether you agree with a customer's question or not, speaking to a paying customer that way is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Based on our experiences, the food is no longer worth putting up with the service. If you're looking for a restaurant where customers are treated with respect, I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere. Especially if you're BLACK, considering whenever you walk into the restaurant/bar you are stared at as if there is shit on your shirt and you do not belong.
