Best terms I would use is intimate, cozy and clean. There are about six tables and a small bar. Bar itself is mostly dark wood. There are four TV screens and a small gaming room. Bartender kept us supplied with cold beers. Beers were a good deal too, 5 bottles for 10 bucks. My friends and I enjoyed watching the game here, the place was kind of empty so it was easy to carry on a conversation. Bartender brought out some complimentary chips and salsa, I loved it and the salsa had a nice kick. Bathroom? That had to be one of the cleanest cans I ever received myself in. It wasn't so busy that the kitchen was behind - I think she just forgot to put the order in or the kitchen forgot to fire it. We had placed our dinner order at the same time, and that came out shortly after the appetizer for 3 of the 4 of us. The 4th member of the party had to wait 10 minutes or so for her chicken wrap to come out. Flagging down our waitress for the check was also a challenge. She would disappear for long stretches of time. Service was truly appalling and we were there for over 2.5 hours for what we had expected would be a quick and delicious dinner. I won't go back.

The final straw was a recent visit when a policy was apparently enforced requiring customers to purchase two separate 6-piece wing orders if they wanted to split sauces. A 6-piece order is $10, while a 12-piece is $12.99, so instead of simply charging for an extra sauce, customers are expected to pay nearly double just to have two flavors. That makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary cash grab. When my friend politely questioned the policy--especially since we've been repeat customers and have split sauces on our wings many times before--the manager became defensive rather than trying to explain the change. She was told to come back on Monday to speak with "Jim." As she was leaving, my friend commented that the interaction felt rude and suggested the manager work on her customer service and body language, as the entire conversation came across as dismissive. The manager then responded by saying, "Just don't come back, bitch." Whether you agree with a customer's question or not, speaking to a paying customer that way is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Based on our experiences, the food is no longer worth putting up with the service. If you're looking for a restaurant where customers are treated with respect, I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere.
