When she tried to call and ask their office about it she was told to "call the third party billing company". The experience I had here blew them away. I needed a non custom knee brace. I got a same day appointment where they measured me,identified the size, and type I needed then ordered it. 2 business days later I got a call the brace was in. I came by to try it on and pick it up. It wasn't exactly what I wanted so we looked through the book together I found one that I thought would meet my needs better. They ordered it and I got it the next business day. AMAZING!!! ALL THIS EFFICIENCY and a ridiculously friendly personable staff that made me feel like they actually knew, remembered, and though of me as a person not just a sale!! If you are in the York area and need a prosthetic this needs to be your first call!!
