Despite fulfilling all requests, including a costly trip to Ecuador for the required documentation, we faced avoidable complications and disrespectful behavior from staff. Frustrated by this firm's lack of competence, we terminated the contract. While we accepted their unreasonable $400 termination fee, the audacity of adding a further $25 "argument fee" for him simply asserting respect was beyond belief.
