To begin with I chose Biana over 25 other attorneys that I had contacted previously. This was based on our initial phone conversation and office consultation. I am very grateful that I did. Attention to detail, good communicative skills and sincerity of purpose are just a few of the benefits I experienced while working with Biana, in addition to of course excellent knowledge of her profession. I would recommend anyone who is reading these reviews as the deciding point on whether to contact Biana to go ahead and do it. I never regretted it. Miguel Maya, L.Ac. Founder Plenty of Pros

We worked with Lambent to hire an assistant to help us with our move and with a bunch of pre-move…read morework like coordinating contractors. The assistant we got assigned, while perfectly nice, was incompetent. The owner admitted the assigned assistant fell short of their standards and that she had her own doubts about this assistant based on first hand experience, but they still assigned her out to a client. The owner offered a partial refund and a credit for future services, which seemed like a fair handling of the situation. Upon asking questions about how the credit worked, the owner said she was revoking the credit because I "didn't understand the offer." I was surprised at the lack of professionalism during the entire experience and would not recommend Lambent to anyone.

You would think i was sueing them and not seeking their services. After about 40 minutes of one of the most uncomfortable conversations I've ever had with an attorney in which I had to warm this man I was on the verge walking out, I was given some paper work and never again contacted. I did everything I had to on my end. The MRI, the doctors appointments and physical therapy. I was basically just waiting for someone to contact me byt when I realized it's been just about a year, little over, I decided to call myself just to see where we are with the case and even though in hindsight I should have expected this, i still was in complete disbelief that I was greeted and treated the same exact way from my first visit to the office. The woman basically told me she didn't care if I wanted to maintain my services with the firm and I can walk. I do wonder if Mr Bellone is aware at all of his colleagues antics but who ever needs a workers comp lawyer dont ever in your right mind ever abso under no circumstances go there.
