I called every month, for 4 months prior to expiration of my contract to ensure my contract was cancelled at the end of the term which was November 2020. Here we are in January 2021 and they've continued to automatically draft my payment and refuse to give me a refund. I even received a call back from a supervisor named Summer, to say my account had been closed and I would no longer be charged, the voicemail wasn't enough evidence to get a refund. I'm beyond frustrated, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! I will be disputing the charges with my bank. Stay away from SELECT SECURITY!
