We're incredibly grateful to have found the Law Offices of Trent R. Buckallew. Trent is currently…read morehelping my son with a juvenile case involving an E-Bike, and from the start, his knowledge of the legal system and experience with juvenile matters has stood out. After speaking with several attorneys in the Phoenix metropolitan area and East Valley, we chose Trent because of his transparent flat-rate pricing and proven track record in juvenile defense. He took the time to explain every step of the process, made sure we felt heard, and offered genuine guidance throughout our consultations. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and highly experienced attorney who truly cares, I highly recommend Trent Buckallew and his team.

I fell victim to what my father, who spent his entire adult career in law enforcement, called a…read more"fishing expedition" by a local bike officer. I am a younger looking, easy-going guy, and this was used against me during the stop. Despite both of this officer's peers, showing blatant confusion throughout the entirety of the stop, he double down on his initial bad call and had me arrested for a DUI (blowing a .00 too, mind you) I was fed false information by the officer once leaving that night, had my court date scheduled for a holiday, and many issues at the DMV, morphing this situation into a nightmare. I reached out to Trent, and from that instant, everything took a 180. I was given excellent, actionable advice of what to do on my end, which truly wasn't much. Trent and his amazing team handled everything from then on, and he was able to systematically and thoroughly outperform the state in the court room. He was incredibly prepared, and even contacted experts that were every bit as crucial in me wiping this ludicrous and fraudulent arrest off my record, clearing my name. I wouldn't trust anyone other than Trent, especially with something this important.

I have been a client of Mr. Jarvis for over five years. From the minute I spoke to him on the phone…read moreI knew he was on my side. There are so many great things about this practice (knowledge, the legal assistant, accessibility. etc). However, what I appreciated most is the availability of Mr. Jarvis. It didn't matter what time of day or hour, I knew I could reach him. There were so many times that I just needed to vent and he and/or Karson were there for me. Mr. Jarvis takes the time to read through all of the information and do the necessary research for your case. He makes you feel as if you are his only client. I highly recommend him for any applicable services!

Received a threatening phone call stating that there was a lawsuit or judgement filed against me…read moreand that they would be serving me with paperwork, appearing at my place of employment and my home and that I needed to contact them immediately. Come to find out, whoever they are looking for I have never heard of. Never met a Donald in my life. I have had this phone number for around five years so that shows how good of "investigators" they must be. When you call the number to ask any questions, since they left such a threatening automated message, they refuse to give you information until you answer their questions. I do not appreciate being harassed in this manner, especially over something that is their mistake and failure and has absolutely nothing to do with me. Avoid this business at all costs.

Over the course of a year, I only spoke with him a handful of times. My case was continued…read morerepeatedly, and in the process we lost the original prosecutor who had apparently been willing to offer a more favorable deal. There were multiple occasions where I had to remind him about scheduled court appearances. On the final court date, he seemed to believe the case had already been resolved. What stood out most was the lack of preparation and communication. By the end of the case, he still didn't know how to pronounce my last name correctly. Interactions often felt confrontational, and instead of feeling supported as a client, I often felt blamed for concerns that came down to organization and follow-through. I never expected miracles or for my charges to simply disappear, but I did expect stronger communication, better preparation, and more effort over the course of a year. I would strongly encourage others to do their research before hiring.

His phone number is definitely on my cell phone's speed dial. When I visited his office, I noticed that many of his cases were lined up on long tables so that could reference them quickly as necessary. It takes a high degree of intelligence for a person to be able to identify the details of each case when there are so many being litigated simultaneously. Rick delivers all this skill at prices that are quite reasonable. I can tell that he commands respect from the judges that he works with.
