I decided to look for a real person to help with my taxes instead of my usual (doing tax online which for me cost around $90 anyway and I probably did it wrong or not optimized..) Alisa was great. I made an appointment and was in and out in 30 minutes. She is very knowledgeable and made the whole process a breeze. I wish I had thought of using her services (vs online) before. All in all, I am extremely satisfied and without a doubt, I will be back. read more

Professional services . Clear and very helpful when giving advice. I wish the price was lower.....over priced.

Yelp's stellar reviews lead us to Alisa at the Lavit Services as we were on a mission to find a reliable accountant to do our taxes. We were absolutely blown away with Alisa's readiness to help us from the get-go. She went above and beyond to maximize our returns by running different scenarios and suggesting solutions we have not been offered before (and believe me, we were dealing with top-notch tax accounting firms in the past). During our first visit today our taxes were prepared AND submitted within a little over one hour, which was unheard of in our previous experiences. Not to mention, we will be getting back double of what we thought we would! Alisa is extremely knowledgeable, super-friendly and very pleasant to work with. I think we've found our Tax Accountant! Thank you Alisa, we highly recommend your services. read more

Quick and professional. After decades of our dear Uncle filing our families' taxes his passing lead us to search for a trustworthy tax Preperor and I saw the ratings and good reviews, I called and Alisa answered with her gentle, professional voice. After asking questions she explained her background and how she can file over the phone/internet. I was hesitant sending sensitive info, however she reassured me so I did and the turn around was sooner than expected, same day. I haven't meet her in person, but she is wonderful and knowledgeable. I love doing business over the phone/ internet as I'm very busy and it makes life much easier. Alisa is A+. Thank you! read more

Needed my taxes done and had crypto income. Most places dont know how to do it. There super nice and helpful. Will go back next year. Very fast and efficient. read more

Very happy to have found Alisa! My husband and I are newlyweds, so since our filing status was changing to married, filing jointly, we were nervous to do our taxes (bigger income, with zero dependents, we sure we would owe money). We were going to go to the usual Hispanic tax services, where they do weddings on one side and divorces on the other..you know, where our parents usually file taxes (no shade lol) but then we decided to try a more legit, more professional place that knew the system, the new tax laws, and could breakdown details and answer all of our questions. That's what we found with Alisa! She was knowledgeable and was able to help us understand what was beneficial to us, and what wasn't. Appointment process: I love that this is by appointment only. So no crowds, we were in and out within 40 mins. Alisa was able to accommodate us same day on a Saturday, versus other places in the area that had 12-14 people waiting for tax services. Customer service: It seems this was a family business and everyone in there was professional and welcoming! Plus complimentary drinks! Tax Prep: Alisa reviewed our taxes for the previous year, and we let her know of our concerns about things done in our past tax filings. She addressed the issues and we actually understood the reasoning behind what was done in the past. She then went to the back to work on our forms and a short wait later, we got the good news! We would not be paying back, but instead would be receiving a nice refund ($2K)! Price at the time of this review: $100 Thank you Alisa for your service and professionalism, we will definitely be back!! read more

If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! I personally thank Alisa and staff for an excellent customer service. She's very knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and gives initiative to her clients about what they are signing so they don't get lost during the tax process. And her price is Very reasonable! I had mine and two sons get our taxes done in LA for years and moved to San Bernardino. Long drive was such a hassle, and gas prices nowadays is ridiculous. What a huge difference when you really look around and found something with better services! Thank you Yelp and thanks Again Alisa! Please support our local community! Alisa did outstanding work filing my federal and state taxes! She worked hard and went out of her way to maximize my refund and she even reduced the federal tax that I owe! Just filed our taxes with Lavit for the first time, my wife and I are decidedly coming back here for years to come. Alisa was super nice, patient, and helped us understand all our options to best benefit us. Her mom greeted us on her way out (she's so sweet!). To top it off, their office is kept very clean and professional, immediately felt like we were in good hands. Thanks Alisa! read more

Have our taxes done here and the lady first insisted we were not paying the roght tax and that we are claiming more than one person in our taxes. Which isnt true because we have all the proof and our tax papers saying we are claiming zero and that we are paying the right tax. She also insisted that we got all of our stimulus which again we did not. She said we are expecting to get 2,300 state tax - which we did get. But end up recieving a letter from IRS saying the computation are all messed up and that we needed to pay 2,300$ back. Now we are gonna write back to IRS saying we did not realized she added stuff on that. Addition to that we have to pay $280 for her services. NEVER AGAAAAIN! read more

Excellent customer service from smart, professional and personable Alisha. Small office with quiet, welcoming feeling.

I have never done my own taxes! For my entire working life my family had the same tax man my grandma knew in high school. He just recently retired so I had to find someone else. After researching yelp (and thankfully cancelling an appointment with H&R Block) I came across this place. I called in to make an appointment, the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and sweet. I had actually called a couple places prior to this one and they either didn't answer the phone OR sounded annoyed. It was about a 20 minute drive from my house. It was a tiny place between a liquor store and a nail shop. Do not let the size fool you! This place was absolutely amazing! Alisa did my taxes. She was seriously everything! - Quick - Personable - Funny - Honest - Walked me through the entire process - Explained everything - Affordable I was in and out within 10 minutes. Now I have basic taxes (No kids, no mortgage). However, if I owned 7 business and had 13 kids I would come here. Definitely recommend! I will never do my taxes elsewhere. Very satisfied! read more

This place deserves every 5 star review they have. I dread my taxes every year and I've never felt this happy getting them done. My taxes are always complicated and I always owe, but Alisa knew exactly how to handle my situation and didn't ever make me feel stupid for not knowing what I'm doing. I love this business. Not only are they good at what they do, but it's super clean and pretty. You can feel that it is a family business. I couldn't be happier. read more

I was driving to Missions Hills from Chino(over 1 hr drive)to go to the tax office I have always gone to since I lived out there before but they doubled their prices and are overbooked so I decided to look around and found this location on Yelp which is 5 minutes from my house. It was such a great experience! I walked in at 11:07am, filled out paperwork and was out at 11:30am. I believe her name was Alisa, was so sweet! Definitely will be coming here every year for my taxes! Thank you so much! read more
