This was my first time coming to Lavit Services & I am beyond grateful for them. I contacted their office during just days before the end of tax season. I was worried I wouldn't be able to be seen; I called other places and they were mostly booked or only had odd hours of availability. Fortunately when I called I got a appointment during an hour of my convenience. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted & offered refreshments. I was driving to Missions Hills from Chino(over 1 hr drive)to go to the tax office I have always gone to since I lived out there before but they doubled their prices and are overbooked so I decided to look around and found this location on Yelp which is 5 minutes from my house. Alisa is amazing! It all started with a message about financial planning on Yelp. She then offered to look at my previous taxes at no charge to ensure there were no errors. Even though she doesn't do financial planning, it was surprisingly kind of her to offer help on my taxes for free. Since I was so taken back by her kindness, I took my mom to do her taxes with her and we ended up doing my dad's too. We are not Chino residents so it was a bit of a drive, but defiantly worth it! I had been looking for a new tax person after my last years exp. and the very high fees I paid. I decided to call here after reading such good reviews. I had my regular W-2 form plus a school 1098-T form..So I had a few questions. I spoke to Alisa on my first call and she was very friendly, helpful and informative.
