Managed to e file with them, great customer service, and quick, highly recommend using them for taxes and will file here next year.

This was my first time coming to Lavit Services & I am beyond grateful for them. I contacted their office during just days before the end of tax season. I was worried I wouldn't be able to be seen; I called other places and they were mostly booked or only had odd hours of availability. Fortunately when I called I got a appointment during an hour of my convenience. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted & offered refreshments. My job is a contracted position & does not take out taxes for me, thus I'd have to owe. In addition, I'm a 26 y/o single, graduate student with no dependents, so I was worried how much I'd owe. Thankfully, Alisa was able to help me tremendously, I don't have to pay a cent back! Thank you for the hard work, I will be coming back next year :) read more

I had been looking for a new tax person after my last years exp. and the very high fees I paid. I decided to call here after reading such good reviews. I had my regular W-2 form plus a school 1098-T form..So I had a few questions. I spoke to Alisa on my first call and she was very friendly, helpful and informative. I went over the next day and was greeted by Alisa's mom Tammie, who was also very friendly. I left my forms there since I went a little late in the day. By the next morning Alisa called me and said she was all done! And best part she got me a GREAT refund and their fee is BEYOND reasonable. Really exceeded my expectations. Great customer service! Very highly recommend! I definitely will be coming back next year. read more

Lavit Services is absolutely top notch. When it comes to getting my documents notarized, this is my go to place. Not only do they work very quick to get the job done, they are also very informative about the whole process. I needed translated documents notarized for my wife's Visa and they got it done in no time. I also currently use the service to handle the taxes on my personal business. This was my wife and my first time utilizing this service and we are very glad we did! Alisa exibited amazing insight and an advanced knowledge of the tax system. In spite of how busy she was (it being at the peak of tax season when we went), Alisa took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns as if we were her only clients. I would recommend her services to anyone. She has a perfect balance of efficiency and professionalism. We are very picky about who we select to work with our finances, but would recommend Alisa's services to anyone! read more

Excellent customer service, affordable, convenient, & the BEST place to go for tax services! I went here to get a document notarized and realized that they also offered income tax services. Alisa is amazing! It all started with a message about financial planning on Yelp. She then offered to look at my previous taxes at no charge to ensure there were no errors. Even though she doesn't do financial planning, it was surprisingly kind of her to offer help on my taxes for free. Since I was so taken back by her kindness, I took my mom to do her taxes with her and we ended up doing my dad's too. We are not Chino residents so it was a bit of a drive, but defiantly worth it! She is very transparent and knows her stuff. I am so grateful to have come across her. She is officially out "tax lady". Thank you Alisa, you rock!!! read more

My wife and I went here for the first time last year while we were still living in Chino. The appointment went very well. They are hospitable and made sure to communicate everything we had questions on. We actually moved to Santa Ana this year, but decided to make the drive to Chino so we could use the services again! We will likely return again next year-- no matter where we live! read more

I never thought I'd need help doing my taxes, but sadly it looks like the days of easy filings with TurboTax are a thing of the past thanks to the recent "tax cuts." This is why I'm so glad I found Alisa at Lavit Services! She completely took the stress out of this year's tax season and was very patient with all my questions.
