Lisa came highly recommended as you can see from the reviews and at an affordable rate. She gave me the direction i needed and many other suggestions. This helped me move forward and get closer to finishing what i started. Grateful for all your help, Lisa.

We met with Lisa to discuss ideas on remodeling our 1990s-era bathrooms because we were unsure of how to proceed. Lisa was able to present us a new vision, rescaling our plans and saving us a significant amount of money while still achieving our goal of creating an elegant, updated look and enhancing the function of the spaces. The savings on our bathroom remodels will allow us to embark on other redecorating projects that we thought were beyond our reach. We are thrilled! Lisa has amazing insights into melding function with beauty, and she has an appreciation of and respect for collectibles and antiques, and how best to display them to tell our family story. She has extensive resources to help us realize our vision. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Lisa to enhance our entire home, thereby enriching our family life. We are so pleased to have her as our guide in this journey! Kristine W.

I understand that employment is at will, which to me makes no sense I don't work because I want to,…read moreI work because money is everything today. However a residential sign company hired me for a project management position which was created in essence to expand their capabilities in the sign and graphics industry, one in which I have excelled over the past few years. I started as an install tech for a large legit sign and graphic company, and my reason for leaving was there was no advancement as I was taking classes to further my career and when I was offered this position with Duncan Parnell they got me to leave my job to come expand their installation dept, with my training certifications, construction and management knowledge, I came to Duncan Parnell because, they gave me an offer letter that included a company vehicle, $3.00 raise, the position I have been working for, and according to their offer they were going to train me further, I was going to "shadow" someone whom was in my position and agreed to equip me with resources to be successful within my new career. They failed to hold up their end of the deal on resources, and training. I began to express my concerns where I saw shortcomings that were going to affect my being successful with them. My complaints and concerns and obvious concern for the dept in which I was overseeing fell on deaf ears, and irritated another employee, Denise Vann whom was in line for a big Promotion, so at this time we were on the same level, but when she got her promotion making her everyone's "boss," the entire atmosphere changed, the internal moral and stress level was indescribably negative. I called an emergency meeting this time with Denise, and she was not at all interested and came across fake in her responses and overall tone. A few weeks later I was called in and she disciplined me for having too many hours, I stated that I only have one employee under me that is capable of doing field work, since my duties increased I am only able to complete so much within the timeframe she has now established for me to complete assigned duties. I was to do my office work which entailed most of my time preparing for installations, scheduling, material prep, and phone calls. Not to mention the overload of work on an employee that was injured on the job failing to report it for whatever reason, and couldn't complete the assigned workload which in turn required my attention in the field, which around the last few weeks of my being employed there was severely interfering with my core duties under the many hats I had to wear. Instead of resolving the issues we were having they decided to just get rid of me and hire two other people to fulfill my duties in other ways at a lower pay rate. I did my best to go above and beyond and to get fired essentially because Denise Vann and I didn't get along and they couldn't fulfill their end of the deal without additional cost, being that it's the holidays, work in the industry I'm in has slowed drastically for some companies, which in my case leaves me between a rock and a hard place. Mentally, emotionally and financially my family and I are suffering, my health issues suffering because I immediately lost insurance as did my two year old son. I wish I had known that I was set up to fail, the path I chose would have been quite different, and as sure as I am sitting here, my family and I wouldn't be struggling.

The management seems a little distant but the staff is great and does a REALLY GOOD job and they…read moreare super nice. I had a young lady help me a few times there, Alexis, and she always went out of her way to make sure we were happy and taken care of. My boss needed some last minute work done and she went in on a Saturday to print a very important job for us! We told them about it Friday afternoon and it was done Saturday by lunch, everybody else there looked at us like "too bad, see ya Monday" but she stepped up and said I'll do it for em, and she did, and did a very good job, nothing half a**, well done. Every time we've needed something in a pinch she has helped out and we have made sure to give a bonus or two when we could but she deserved much more. The whole company in the Glenwood Ave location is run very well, as far as the work goes, that we get done. It's either a great company or they have a great employee, (employees), or maybe a little of one and a lot of the other!!! 4.5(maybe 5) / 5 *'s for this company!! Impressive!!!
