The girl said 5 minutes. No problem. In about 10 minutes she gets up from her client and starts filling the bowl of chair and tells me have a seat... ok, I guess she'll be done soon. I sat in that chair 30 minutes while people (other customers?) standing around the nail shop spoke loudly about their personal drama. Couldn't figure out why they were there just standing around visiting. I just got up, dried my feet and left. Trashy place, not clean, not truthful and certainly not a spa. Not an ounce of luxury or comfort in this place.

Everyone working here has always been very nice and polite with me which I appreciate so much! To elaborate, the one time I had an issue it was with some varied thickness with the dip on my nails. Some areas were VERY thin and I was concerned that with my job at the time it could be an issue. When I went to pay, the woman who was up front (I'm horrible with names but I think her name was Tina) asked me how everything was and when I explained she was very quick to make it right for me. I had to leave right then but she told me I could come back and they would fix my nails for me AND she gave me a discount (which I didn't expect at all). When I did go back, she fixed my nails for me personally and she was very kind. That's really excellent customer service!
