So, I've now been to la vi nails about three times. They have long lasting shellac and gentle nail techs. I'm always impressed with their nail color selection- but sometimes not the availability of popular colors. As far as I can see, their customer service is top notch. They are always very courteous and polite to every customer. Please please please make an appointment here! They always seems very busy! read more

Lavi Nail & Spa - Blue and sparkly! - Day Spas Near Me - Chestermere, Alberta

I'm gonna be honest when I seen the first picture on their ad I was in WOW ! . After I clicked on it I realized that first picture was not the work of this salon as I'm a very big fan of TONY LY nails . he is an icon on instagram and unfortunately this salon took his picture as their own . I did my research before I did this review took me awhile to find his watermark that is on the front picture of this ad . He changes his watermarks up really often so I had to scroll down all the way just to find it . I hate the fact I have to give a bad review but this is just very dishonest on this salons behalf . Doesn't look like this salon does that bad of a job so why would they feel the need to take credit for someone else's work . read more

Shellac manicure pedicure twice during the holidays ! First appt I didn't allow her to use the electric nail file on my hands just my feet then realized she broke my toenail by shaving to much of my nail off when taking off my previous shellac, covered up with shellac . I had to go back and I get it fixed take off shellac on my hands, I asked her not to use the electric nail file but she did on my hands anyway as well as my feet. Now I have had two toe nail breaks and one soon to be thumbnail come off! Aggressive use of tools ! read more

I just moved to Chestermere, I took my mom for her first pedi, and gel nails. I got a pedi/ mani. Pedi was weak on massage, seemed to be very rushed ( even though we were the only ones in the shop) my moms pedi was her first time, she was very excited but didn't get to enjoy to much , another lady started to glue tips on her fingers. Making it hard to have a conversation. Neither of us really got a mani.. Just my nails were painted, with a very weak hand massage. I paid $78 for just the mani and pedi. I would expected to receive that type of service from a place in the mall. Overall I think i will not return. read more

Honestly, I've been going to this salon consistency for the past year and a half and I'm actually done now. The prices for fills and full sets always fluctuate. They get you at the end with hidden prices without being up front about it. Aka $20 for removal (usually painful), gems costing $5 each, and more. Saying fills are $40 but charge you $60 . It's disappointing and I always tip minimum of 20% and it doesn't feel worth it. I'm sorry but I'm done going here. read more

Perfection. The best nail spa I have ever been to. Extremely talented staff that are polite and always do an amazing job. Pricing is average. read more

Horrible horrible experience! I felt as if i was being rushed during my pedicure.. in which they did such a horrible job. I wanted to try this place out since moving back to Chestermere as there is a new salon. I had such higher expectations going into here and just came out with disappointment. The water that was used for my pedi smelt like horrid sewage water.. like where does that come from? and when getting the shellac polish.. they put gel on my nails.. so it doesn't soak off easily... better going off to Magic Nails down the street I REGRET TRYING THIS PLACE OUT!! DONT COME HERE! read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible. If I could give this place a half, or even no star - I would. Nothing but bad experiences when I go here. Bleeding, raw skin, fungus. Which lead to the months of medication to treat and blood tests for diseases such as HEP A, B, and HIV. Never paid much attention to. Was left to sit for 3 hours being ignored with my mother in law while they accommodated the walk-ins before finishing our appointment. I do NOT recommend this salon ever. It is dirty, overpriced and horrible service!! And the younger lady is slightly rude! SAD excuse for a nail salon. Someone get the health inspectors in here. read more

I've tried this place and I do not recommend ! When they sand down my nails they are never gentle and it just hurts !

i've been going here for a couple months now and i loved it. however, the last appointment i went to was ridiculous. amy usually does my nails and i've mever had a complaint but she completely rushed my nails and didn't even listen to how i wanted them. i could tell she was rushed, plus she was also distracted. so the end result of my nails wasn't how i wanted them. i ended up paying 75 fricken dollars which wasn't happy about as well. i called right after my appointment to see if they could do antrhinf and maybe fix them for me and amy on the phone made it seem like it was completely my fault. she honestly just kept rambling about why she didn't listen to what i wanted with my nails. and i asked if she could fix them and she kept saying it was my fault. so paid 75 dollars for shitty nails:). never going back here again. read more

What a joke. Seriously in all the salons I've visited I've never received such terrible customer service. First off I was getting a $20 mani that I had made an appointment for. They then pushed my appointment back by 47 minutes so they could take walk ins that were buying more expensive treatments. When they finally decided maybe they should take the person what actually made an appointment, I was then told my nail beds were too ugly for a proper French manicure and was laughed at and talked about in Vietnamese. I hate it when they do that. I also couldn't understand anything they were saying. So then I went with the gel tips so I could get a "pretty" French manicure. They then applied acrylic tips instead and when I questioned them about it they lied to me saying it was powdered gel so I would have to pay more. It was then when I threatened to contact the government of Canada they smartened up and charged me the proper price. I am NEVER going back. Very disappointed. read more
