We were happy with our massages and plan to come here regularly esp with them being 5 minutes from home. Place was clean. They weren't really busy at all when we arrived. Because of that, I felt comfortable referring a family member to give it a try a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, her experience was disappointing and honestly concerning. While her massage itself was already less than stellar, the situation at the end was what really crossed the line. She tipped her masseuse, Nancy, $10 -- which she felt was appropriate based on the service she received. Instead of accepting it, Nancy became visibly upset and began demanding more money, creating a very uncomfortable and unprofessional scene. My family member tried to calmly explain her reasoning, but Nancy continued to insist, and the situation escalated to the point where additional money was given just to diffuse the confrontation. Tipping should always be based on the quality of service and given voluntarily. It should never be demanded or coerced. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business as a whole. I'm sharing this not to attack, but to highlight an experience that needs attention. No customer should feel pressured or uncomfortable when leaving a business.

Halfway through the session, a man walks in and takes over for the female masseuse. I have never had a male masseuse before and felt uncomfortable thereafter. I honestly couldn't wait for it to be over. As I'm walking out the door, the male masseuse is standing there waiting for a tip. I smile, say thank you and keep on walking out. I understand this is a cultural habit of theirs but not only do I not partake in handouts, I also felt the massage I received did not warrant a tip. I felt manhandled. This establishment called me multiple times a week before, on Sunday, Feb 22, 2026, assuming that I was supposed to come in on that Sunday. I reiterated that the appointment was set for March 1st. On the day of the appointment, March 1st, I was traveling from out of town to come here. I called to let them know that I would be up to 15 minutes late due to traffic en route. I arrived at 6:15 PM on the dot, and they started to call me again. I told them I was literally outside. At check-in, I showed a Groupon deal from my phone. It seemed like they had a difficult time authorizing the voucher; however, they were eventually able to honor it. Pertaining to the massage experience, it was executed nicely. I truly enjoyed the methods and techniques that were applied during the session. The other letdown was that the staff member rushed me a bit, constantly knocking on the door and asking if I was ready to go.
