Allergies got me all messed up... sinus pressure, headache, just feeling like garbage. I manage to get myself off the couch where I've been nursing a cup of tea for most of the day, drive myself all the way up here, and Amy (spelling? Perhaps, Aimee??) proceeds to tell me that noone is there to do a foot reflexology massage. I ask when to come back -- later tonight, tomorrow?? She doesn't know! No, there's not a manager in right now, and all she can do is a $60 massage... uumm, well does it include some foot rubbing??? Because that's what I'd like! Everyone loves a good massage. I found this place late one evening when I got off work around 7 pm and was desperate for a massage, it was a little sketch when I showed up but I was greeted with a warm welcome, selected my massage and was taken back to a room. 60 minute massage for 40$ figures it was no massage envy but would get the job done. I was only slightly awkward having to strip down totally. But the massage was worth it. She asked what type of pressure I wanted checked a few times through out the massage to make sure I was comfortable. Only awkward part was they switched massagers toward the end. It was literally head to toe massage. Laid on my stomach first then back she massages my face neck even my stomach (yeah I know weird) it was literally better than a massage envy massage for 30 mins. I tried this place for the first time and it was terrible. This is the only massage place that other employee can go inside the room and started talking with the masseuse asking her questions. I asked for 90 minutes massage but she said only 60 minutes because she was by herself so I said okay. While she was massaging me, she went outside couple of times because she said she needed to drink water. Oh and to top it off, she said they do not accept tip lower than $10. What a joke, I went here because my regular place was closed. They only take cash, want tip up front, no change. Room was tacky at best. Big sign saying no sexual contact (creepy) My massage was interupted 5 times, my lady was dressed very skimpy. My lady kept talking to the other employees on an off the whole time. Left the room three times to talk to the others. The other employees talked loudly to each other and to my gal outside my room the entire time. Wanted to take my 13 yr old son out for a relaxing time, called ahead, been to there Antioch location a few times when they first opened they had a great $20 special which now almost tripled in price.. The massage itself was decent. The problem I had was with the service. The reason I only gave two stars is because 1) The number I called was incorrect so I went in person only to find out they accepted cash only. Before I left the bank, I told the 1st lady I would be back in the next 10 minutes and I wanted a 90 minute massage. She said that would be fine. 2) when I return a 2nd lady out of the two ladies there, greeted me and said they didn't have time for me. After trying to understand her broken English, the 1st lady comes out, they start discussing something and the 1st lady confirms she can massage me, but only for 30 minutes, although I wanted a 90 minute massage. 3) The 2nd lady giving me the massage put me in the far end room. I didn't like how she walked in as I was getting undressed without knocking, okay I let that go, but then she tells me to pay first. (Okay I thought that's reasonable I can do that). Then she also demands her tip ahead of time. I tell her I need to get the massage first to evaluate my satisfaction, she was upset and said her tip should be more than $5, LoL okay I thought, let's just see what she got. 4) as I was getting a massage people were walking in, their long, loud door alarm went off a few times.
