Willow Springs provide opportunities to celebrate Mother's/Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July, etc. with your loved one, without freaking them out. The facility is top of the line with an easy and convenient layout. The dining hall is set up for socializing. There are a variety of activities to participate in, including an exercise room, card and domino games, movie room, and special events. There are different room sizes to fit individual needs. The food is good, well presented with a variety of choices. Great desserts! The kitchen staff is unbeatable. My friends in assisted living enjoy the facility, but I am not familiar with memory care. I intend to continue living here.

Meals at first were prepared by a chef and were very good. Chef moved on and for the remainder of the time my family member was there, they ate their main meal around 3:30 in the afternoon - mostly sandwiches. The staff diminished greatly. Constant turnover. Mostly very young adults, observed yelling and playing up and down the hallways on their phones. During the pandemic we were not allowed window visits. Socialization was limited so we were not able to observe our family members deteriorating condition. Our family member did not receive very good care. I cannot recommend this facility.
