The moment my daughter and I walked in we were greeted by a lovely police officer who was not only polite, but stopped us to make my daughter a junior deputy! Once we proceeded inside ten mins before their closing two amazing ladies named Sunny and Donna gave my daughter and I a warm welcome. I informed them who I was and told them I was ready to purchase my first Rolex. While Sunny escorted me to the Rolex section, Donna came with chocolates and a water for my daughter and i. Sunny showed me every model and let me try them all on to give me a sense of the difference. While Sunny was being very informative describing every model and all the details of that said watch, Donna was getting all of my information and which watches I liked. Sunny and Donna as a pair were the dream team and made my experience amazing. They even gave me two Rolex books to day dream about all the models. I did not walk out with a watch that day, but I'm confident we will be doing a lot of business for years to come.

Upon arriving, I was met by Roxanne who welcomed me. This review gets better! Upon leaving, the battery in my key fob died so Roxanne saw me trying to find where to put the key to open the door. She appeared but it was a mystery so we went back inside where she found out how but Michelle began taking my key fob apart & while Roxanne was reading instructions, Michelle replaced it with a new battery!!! I don't think we will get it fix so when people say that's a nice ring she can show them the missing diamond and tell them this is the 4th ring a diamond has fallen out and we bought it at Jared . I am totally blind and have been searching for a Tissot silen-T watch since mine died recently. This is the best watch I've ever had as a blind person. So, I was excited to see it available on their website. I was willing to buy it site unseen (pun intended) from their website and proceeded to do so. Their website sent me to Shopify to complete the sale. When trying to complete the sale I put in all my information, including my credit card information, but was unable to enter my shipping address. I found this puzzling. So, I called them. First time I called I got no answer. The second time I called I spoke to a female employee. She said that she would have to check with the Tissot rep. I found this odd because the website looks like the inventory is theirs not Tissot's. They said they would call me back. I did not receive a call back, so, the next day I called them, again. This time a female employee, I suspect it was the same person, told me that I was in luck because the TSA rep was in their store. I don't know why that was important, but, she said hold on and went to speak to him. She came back on the line and told me that the rep from Tissot told her that these watches had not been produced in 26 years. I knew that they were discontinued but I don't believe it was 26 years ago as I have only been blind for 25 years. And I have bought two of these watches within the last 15 years. The ones I bought, I purchased new, from Kay jewelers. The female employee told me that she didn't even know they had a Shopify presence. She also said they don't have those watches. So, all in all, if you're trying to do business with them go to their physical location and maybe they can help you. Obviously, trying to deal with them over the phone with their website is a total waste of your time. I was definitely unimpressed and disappointed.

Juan explained the difficulty of cutting the ring down, and explained the entire process, as well as offering a fair price. When I got the ring back a week later, I was more than pleased at the work done. The ring is beautiful, and resized well.
