I don't buy a lot of jewelry, but when I do, it's ALWAYS here…read more To be fair, I first went because it's relatively close to home and because my wife used to work with somebody whose family owns the business. However, what's kept me/us coming back are the usual indications of a great business, which begins with outstanding service. We always get treated with nothing but patience and respect,, which is especially appreciated because when we do buy jewelry, we're still buying at the lower-end of their inventory yet, we still get treated like VIPs. I also like their repair services, which, is also nice because you don't generally throw away jewelry because of some damage. However, getting reasonable prices and quick turnaround factor into whether its worth repairing the damaged item, and once again, this is where they provide outstanding value.

I usually go to their Buckhead location and this was my first time at the Alpharetta store. I got my rings cleaned while I browsed the store. Shawn greeted me immediately and assisted me while I tried on some earrings. Shawn was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I decided on a pair that I liked and the transaction was smooth. Shawn even cleaned my old earrings and boxed them up so I could wear my new pair. Although I prefer the Buckhead location (they have a full bar and Lisa is my favorite salesperson ), I was very pleased with the customer service here.

I took their recommendation and left my ring (which I've worn almost 24x7 for the last 20 years) in their care. Not only did they perform the repair, but they ensured all of the other diamonds were secure in their channel settings and thoroughly cleaned and polished my ring. It looks soooo good that friends ask if hubby gave me a new ring! I am loving my ring all over again. They completed the repairs earlier than estimated as well! They also carry a beautiful selection of jewelry and can design and help you customize jewelry as well.

Izzy did wonders to repair and make new my engagement ring that was missing diamonds and other fixes. I dropped my ring off before Covid closures and Izzy and his wife reached out to me personally because they didn't want me to be without my ring during their temporary shutdown. Izzy even offered to deliver my ring to my house! He is so kind and caring and knew I was very worried. He reassured me and promised he would get my ring to me no matter what. He went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and care of my ring, repair and making sure he got my ring back to me. Izzy also repaired my fathers watch that I inherited after he passed--it held sentimental value mostly. I have a bracelet from my great grandmother that I wanted repaired for my wedding day and the sales lady was not very kind and kept telling me the clasp was broken...that's why I was there, she said she didn't think it was gold so not repairable and continued to force the break on the bracelet not even attempting to be gentle. She wouldn't even get the Jewlers opinion on it. Everything is fixable, I'm just sad that my piece wasn't valuable enough for them to even take a look at it. Note to sales team: be kind to people and don't make assumptions, I would have paid anything for this to be repaired, take a pause and let the jewler look at things that you are not an expert on. We will be doing our future shopping elsewhere where they are kind all the time not just trying to get a sale. I should clarify, all interactions with the jewler in the past have been great but he is responsible for his sales people, they need to know when it's beyond their expertise.
