I CAN REALLY RECOGNIZE THE PROFESSIONAL HIGH STANDARD JOB FROM A SLOPPY ONE . Five Star Cleaning Service showed up at my door right on time. They had everything with them even little stepping lader for reaching places. Right away at the doorway they were shoe covers. Then we took a tour around the house and I explained my preferences and what I want them to do. Very easy to communicate with. They took a little bit more time, then it was planned, since a lot more work needed to be done at my house, but it was so worth it. I was pleasantly surprised how everything that we talked about was done, with Love and Care. 1. Shower, shower doors, sinks (and we have 6), Windows, window doors were sparkling. 2. Kitchen stove, kitchen sink, kitchen stainless steel appliances were done really nice. Plus my kitchen cabinets are white and they've done a great job of cleaning every single little spot. 3. Absolutely everything was dusted. Even tough areas with stuff around them. 4. The floors were washed and any rugs on Floors where vacuumed and cleaned. 5. All garbage cans in the house emptied and changed. After, we had a walk through the house and checked the job. I couldn't even find one coment or complain. Everything was just nice and neat. So my wife hired RADD to come clean prior to out-of-town guests arriving. It took us two days just to 'prepare' for the cleaners to arrive. After walking through with my wife, the cleaners got to work. We left to give them space. After three hours, they were done. Total: 170.00. 75 for the first hour, then 25/hr for each worker. Pretty fair, really. The work: We have a ~1200 sq.ft house, wood floors and two bathrooms (no carpet). They scrubbed both bathrooms including the shower stall/tub and floor in each one, wiped all kitchen cabinets down, all flat surfaces in all rooms, mopped all floors and vacuumed. The result: All looked much improved after their touch. The kitchen floor could have had another go, but the deck was kind of stacked against them (who lays down white linoleum in the kitchen!??). They forgot to clean the toilets entirely (by their own admission) and (my only surprise) didn't take the garbage out in any of the five rooms with garbage cans. The verdict: I learned to be specific about what I/we want; ask... Desiree will tell you yes or no or how much extra it would cost. My wife and I will be asking them to return for monthly maintenance cleaning and would recommend them to others without reserve. Plus, as my wife pointed out, they're a small independently owned company and they're pretty damn easy on the eyes (Desiree and her husband both are quite cute-- Well, what did you expect?
