We were not in a hurry so we went to sit down. They explained to us that it was going to be a wait while they finished up the orders which was not a problem and quite frankly, I appreciated them letting us know. As soon as they were down, they came and took our orders. Service was great. The food was warm and tasty. I got a skim vanilla latte which was hot and tasted very good. We all ordered the breakfast bagel sandwich, mine was with ham on an everything bagel. Bagels & Brew was clean and quaint. Food was good and so was the coffee. The small-batch Lantern Coffee was very nice. It was dark and rich and with a smooth aftertaste. Maybe next time I'll drive over to Sibley (home of the Generals) and try out their restaurant and coffee bar as well. And judging by the Facebook pictures, it looks live a very handsome and inviting place. They did a good job refurbishing this older building and it looks like a place that I would hang out frequently if I lived here.
