Of course, I take in my car regularly for oil changes and brake pads. Recently, I was having issues with the plastic in the front wheel-wells coming loose. They fixed that for me with no charge. Also, fairly recently, I needed an oil change on short notice due to an upcoming trip. I dropped off my car on a Thursday night after hours. They were able to work in my oil change on Friday. They don't recommend maintenance my car doesn't actually need, they've never surprised me with a bigger than expected bill, and they've been very flexible with scheduling.
