There were issues misdiagnosed by another dealership which were properly diagnosed and repaired by these guys. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend their service department. Dealerships may cost more than independent repair shops, but the knowledge and customer service provided by Gregg Young and Corey Fulton in Service give you a satisfaction and comfort in knowing your vehicle was repaired to the best of their abilities. That being said, the higher cost of having my vehicle repaired at the dealership has proven to save money down the road from improper diagnosis and subpar workmanship found elsewhere. No regrets, money well spent! Thank you for being one of the last honest and customer oriented dealerships around!

Dismal sales team!! Worst car buying experience of my life. After talking to Landon we Drove an…read morehour and a half to go drive a truck he said was available to drive. After getting there all Landon wanted to do was sit in his office and ask questions. I repeatedly told him I'm not here to answer questions. I'm here to test drive a truck, he claimed we have to go through a process and continued asking more questions. I repeated myself and he kept asking questions. I then told him I'm uncomfortable answering your question before driving the truck. He then told me "you don't have to be rude". What? I was not being rude and being accused of it by a super young sales person is amazingly irritating. He then got up and took the key and left. Then couple minutes later a different dude showed up. A bigger guy. Dont know this guys name but he shows up and immediately starts rattling off the same line of questioning. I then explained I'm uncomfortable answering your questions until after we drive the truck. There is nothing to sit here and talk about until I've decided we like the truck let's go drive the truck. He said ok and then went right back to the questioning. I again repeated myself. I'm not here for a quiz I'm here to look at a truck. Then this dude says "if your at the doctors you answer his questions so he can diagnose stuff same thing here ". Nah bud! Your not a doctor and this ain't a doctors office it's a car sale place and we are here to buy a truck! Dude literally had the balls to compare his salesman job to that of someone with a Doctorate. I then looked at my wife and said we are leaving. So to Landon and Mr ain't got a degree salesman. When a customer tells you they are not comfortable answering your questions it's time to stop asking questions. The pair of. You irritated me so much we left with out driving anything. I wasn't there for you to "diagnose " my needs. I am perfectly aware of my needs my budget and my taste in truck and I was there to buy one. After driving an hour and a half I can't tell you how disappointing it is to run into inept salesman who don't listen to the customer. I will never spend a penny at a this dealer or any other location in the same auto group. You are training your salesmen high pressure junk tactics that they attempted to follow to a tee. Maybe you should train them to not be so vain they think they are doctor equivalent. Literally worse experience of my life at a dealer.

The experience is through the wife's kids who bought a 2009 traverse that didn't last 12 hours after they drove it off the lot before it started having serious problems. Salesman told the kids if the check engine light come on to call them right away, and they did. A lot of headaches trying to figure out what the exact problem was. The last time I put my engine code reader on it, it coded to transmission, and catalytic converter. The noble group would not pay tho have the immediate problem taken care of but said they would have to pay the cost of the transmission and gaskets it would take to fix the problem. They paid 8,000 for the traverse and then another 3600.00 to fix the transmission problem that noble I am sure new was there and didn't want to fix before they sold it to someone. After the bill was paid for the replacement of the transmission the kids were told that there were additional problems with the car they bought. My question/concern is why was this used vechile not run through a thuro mechanical inspection before it was sold to anyone in the consumer market? My personal opinion having mechanical experience as I do makes me believe took advantage of our kids and will also take advantage of you if you allow them to. So beware of the Noble Autogroup here in Newton.

I paid them $1300 down, gave them all the information they requested and went on my way with my new car. A week later I got a call that the deal fell through because of a mistake on their end, that I needed to come back and sign a new deal, I went and did that within less than 24 hours. A week later I got a call asking for my new phone number, and my paycheck stub for the 2nd time. I provided them with that, another week later they contacted me saying my insurance limits needed changed. And a couple days later on a Friday after business hours said they needed an employment verification. First thing Monday morning I sent them insurance and the number for my companies verification number. They refused to use the employment verification because it was automated. They also informed me at that time i needed to pay the payment that day with no bill or warning. At that point I threatened to call the attorney general if they didn't figure it out. Fast forward to this week, I received a call yesterday that GM pulled the deal and will not finance the car, and that I have to bring it back. I took it back today, they had BS options for replacement cars. I had to leave the car that's registered to me today, and wait until tomorrow to get the $1700 I've paid them back. They wouldn't even wait to take the car until they had my money. I'm out the over $300 I've spent on insurance, the money I spent on the features, and 1/2 a tank of gas that was left in it. I am a single mom trying to get on my feet, and this is absolutely the worst experience I've EVER HAD!!!
