Bought a used car. The sales woman was wonderful, but that is where the positive ends…read more I pointed out on the test drive that the washer fluid wasn't spraying right. Said they would fix. Said the car had remote start. So I agreed to buy it. My bad for not testing EVERYTHING. They were supposedly fixing the wiper issue while I signed the paperwork. Again, my bad for not testing it before I left. Go to run errand and the car starts panic mode and won't start. Turns out there is an aftermarket security system they didn't tell me about. The "remote start" doesn't work. Go back, they try to charge me a diagnostic fee for the remote start and say they can't diagnose it after having it for four hours. Finally they agree to waive the fee. I call a jeep dealer who tells me that my car does not in fact have a factory remote start. Spend a week arguing with them until they agree to install a remote start. At the same time, I am dealing with the third party security system company, and have to get that system removed. My windshield sprayers still don't work right, had to replace lines and they fire in reverse (front wipers work but trigger rear sprayer and vice versa) but I figured out how to get that to work on my own. Now I have a dead battery. So I go to use the physical key in the fob to open the car. Turns out the physical key doesn't work. So I go on my own to get a new key from the jeep dealership. They try to make new keys, but even cutting the key from the vin doesn't work. They say they can't do anything but order parts, and to call the dealer I bought the car from. GM Josh basically blames me for not buying the warranty, saying they don't test the physical keys, and I already got a free remote start out of them so tough luck. Gives me the same repeat that they buy thousands of cars, they don't know all the details, blah blah blah. Again, I admit my bad for assuming the physical key that came in the key fob would work, but they wouldn't even compromise to help fix it. Don't buy a used car from here unless you check every little key, fob button, and function, or are willing to spend thousands to buy the warranty or pay for repairs. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We were sold a used car that had major problems. We were misled that the problem was very minor…read more Once the problems were diagnosed by a second party mechanic they refused to pay for any repairs. They have repeatedly ignored our phone calls, texts and emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they have ignored that as well.

Then a week after purchasing the vehicle, multiple issues arose. They also agreed to fix a few things that they never fixed. They never detailed the vehicle either, and it was disgustingly dirty. I called, emailed, and texted to get them to make good on their promises and never heard back. I would warn against anyone shopping for a car here.

I found a vehicle on Cargurus and reached out. An individual contacted me via text message,…read morestating the vehicle was at a sister dealership about 45 mins away. Told them that was fine, I would like to look at it and test drive it...I had planned on driving to that location to see it. They offered to bring it into Des Moines instead but had to be pre-approved first. Told them I was not going to need financing, would be paying in cash. Great, made an appointment for 2 days later after confirming it would be at the Des Moines location. I show up for the appointment and the car had not been brought over. Had a conversation with management and they stated they do not transfer cars without pre-approval and agreement on terms/conditions. I explained again that we would not be financing the car so pre-approval was not necessary and who agrees to terms/conditions without first seeing the product (this was the first they mentioned agreement on terms/conditions was needed)? I also reiterated that I confirmed which location the vehicle would be at after being told that we needed to be pre-approved and I said we didn't. Told him to go back and read through my conversation as all texts were saved on their end...texts clearly show I was told it would be in Des Moines. Management was dismissive and didn't seem bothered. What a waisted trip and time out of my day. All in all, terrible with horrible customer service!
