I recently had a need to build some fence/gate for a small courtyard at a townhome and, honestly, was bracing for contractors to take the sweet time or plainly just ghost me. However, with Omar's Demolition and Construction, everything about this fencing/gate job...really exceeded my expectations! I called Omar on one afternoon to try to find out if they could stop by to take a look and give me a quote for my fencing/gate need and Omar picked up the phone and even stopped by within an hour! He was able to stop by, give me some options of what I could potentially do and give me a quote within that afternoon. Once we agreed on the job, Omar's team was able to procure all the materials that same evening and they got ready to work the next day! The work was completed in just a day and I was very happy with how communicative the team was! I am personally not at the house, but was provided an update via clips/photos as to the progress/how they were doing. Pricing was very reasonable and they were able to help do other things like helping taint and clean up/haul my old fence to dispose as well! Thank you for such timely and wonderful service! It's not so often that I come across very responsible contractors like Omar's business. Definitely worth hiring this wonderful, responsible and very communitcative team for sure!

A DEMOLISHING COMPANY WITH A HEART!…read more I can't say enough good things about Affordable Environmental, the owner Tony Chase, and his work crew. I've been trying off and on to leave a review and finally figured it out. In Spring 2023, Tony was hired to demolish a condemned 1930's farm house on my property that needed to come down. Everything was done on time, responsibly, and by the book, with asbestos abatement included. All for a very competitive price. And then the big twist happened, which really confirmed Tony's stellar reputation: After being told by the asbestos workers that there may be an old log cabin underneath the farm house, Tony took his time and "skinned" the side off, rather than just demolishing everything. He was able to do so because he is very skilled with a track hoe; it was like watching an artist at work! And sure enough, underneath was a solid log cabin structure that our local historical society estimates to be an old logging cabin from circa 1870's. Intact cabins like this are very hard to find and a historic preservationist is currently conducting research to confirm the age and ownership. But Affordable Environmental, aka Tony Chase, didn't stop there. Tony felt very strongly about keeping this historic find safe during the winter so it wouldn't deteriorate. He volunteered the materials and staff time to construct a roof structure, wrap the building in plastic, and install one of his own large dehumidifiers to keep it dry inside. And it's working! Research on this historic logging cabin can continue and perhaps grants can be found to preserve the structure for the long term. Thank you Tony Chase and the AE crew!

We were able to back the car up to the dumpster area and get close enough that there was not too much wrestling to get the carpet into the dumpster. She had some other items she was thinking of getting rid of, such as paint, and when we asked about disposal we learned that oil-based and water-based paints required different disposal procedures. Learned something new on our visit. We went in the morning soon after it opened for the day and it was not too busy, the worker at the entrance where we paid the flat fee was friendly, full of insight, and eager to share what she knew to help out.

It was my first time going to a dump around in this area and they're not that easy to find but I came across this one and it is open seven days a week that accepts virtually anything before disposal. It's a little intimidating cuz it's very massive but once you're in they way your vehicle with your disposable Goods they allow you to go back into the area where you get rid of your disposables and then on the way out yeah, the way your vehicle and then they charge you the difference. I had a bunch of stuff from the house several toilets broken mirrors frames and a bunch of other stuff several hundred pounds ended up costing me 30 bucks.
