We drove out of the way to pick up what we needed because she had nothing but great things to say about her experiences finding items for herself. Glad we did--this place has alot of inventory and is spacious and very organized. Beauty Empire, although quite well known in the city with numerous ocations, just seems quite overhyped. My times going into any location leaves you feeling quite clausophobic. Plus, theyre usually not very friendly. This place was quite patient with out questions and showing us choices of closures to buy. I was quite satisfied with the cost and even more lucky to find a closure made by the same company as my hair! If you wear weave, you know that is a BIG DEAL! I didnt get a reward card (which is free). I gave my cash to my stylist who paid for the closure using her reward card for her to collect points since I dont live near the area at all. It was ultimately simply him deflecting on the instruction that He provided to me, and the end result caused. I spent over $100 ensuring to get all the products that were recommended to me during the process simply to be treated as if I'm just attention seeking I could've simply disputed the charge, but I assumed that I could go to the business and be handled amicably, but that was not the case. I certainly do not recommend going here.
