I was not going to leave a review however my sister and I are DONE with this place. Every time we…read morego I have to wait more than an hour to be seen because Jen is never on time. She comes in all disheveled and looks like she was partying the night before. She also can be heard on the phone yelling and screaming. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble of going there.

I looked great after my first treatment, or, ' you won't see results until after the third treatment'. You told me both. Neither happened. Then they rescheduled me for 10am without even confirming with me. When I said I couldn't make it they then said they would put me down for 12pm which I agreed to.
