Although he's great, I have to drop him a couple of stars the facilities are rundown and that waiting room of his has got some shady characters, but things are clean. I don't blame him though- you try to run a business when Obamacare is completely making it impossible for guys like him to stay in business. In spite of that, I'll come back because he's kinda funny, sharp, great at his job and you really feel like he cares about giving his patients the best care possible.

Yes, I'm biased when it comes to this review but that's because Dr. B has never let my folks, myself or any other family members or referred friends down. He will diagnose, treat and follow-up w/ his patients as long as is necassary without taking you to the cleaners~i.e, making you pay for costly name brand meds, each new office visit/ treatment, or even medical supplies like gauze, tape, anti-bacterial ointment, etc...these items add up quickly! Overall, he's a very intelligent doctor, has an awesome memory, keen eyes, and steady hands~ he is a doctor for the people!!!! If you need a provider & have lousy to no health insurance try Dr. Bullock~ you wont be disappointed :) P.s. When I got to the office the front desk lady let me know I would be seeing the Nurse Practitioner even though I had scheduled with Dr. Angela because she doesn't work Thursdays. Why wasn't I informed of this earlier? Why wouldn't you inform a patient who they're booking with when making the appointment? They didn't tell me until I had been waiting for 25 minutes that the NP wouldn't see me until maybeee 1:45, 45 minutes after my initial appointment. That's not right. When I tried to reschedule, was told the doctor is only available on Tuesday nights and Saturdays. Impossible to schedule for future appointments it sounds like... Waste of time, thanks Valley Family Health Center. Do better. Won't be returning that's for sure.

They didn't even explain that I'd have to pay so much for all these tests. I'm an independent college student who has to pay rent monthly. This is a months rent for me. To top it off, the staff weren't as friendly when I called them to ask them to help me out. I had to call my insurance & tell them what happened because the lady at front desk wouldn't do a code review until my insurance told me. I would never go back to a clinic who calls themselves "community" but they are really just another industry trying to make more money. Not to mention, they never told me my results in a professional manner, I had to call & ask them to give me the name of the tests & the result. Absolutely ridiculous. They had even messed up one of my test results saying "there was a problem." So they didn't know what my result was. Never going back!
