Dr. Bernadino was so kind and sweet, and everyone was really friendly. Thanks to him, I'm feeling better now, and I won't worry as much next time I feel unwell--I'll definitely come here first! I am very dissatisfied with this healthcare provider on…read morefriday june 10th and my appointment was of 12:30pm for civid-19 test they told me to sit under umbrella and it was a windy day and I had to wait 35min until someone finally showed up and they did blood and nasal test and they said I will hear from them 2 to 4 days I never heard back from office until i called to day and find-out what is going on and they said that they called on june 15th and left a message and I didn't get any calls or voice mail and the reason for the call was to inform me something has happen with my test and we need to re do it, I also like to mention that to day June 17th I called 3 times and they put me on hold and then got disconnected after 4th time i asked to know what the result was thats where told me i had to go back, this is the worst medical group and don't know what they are doing and when I mention that I will give them bad review, she said its ok instead of giving a good customer service, I will not recommend this healthcare provider to anyone, save yourself an aggravation, this clinic is not reliable, trust me.
