It felt like she was trying to manipulate my bones instead of just rubbing my muscles like I wanted. (more like amateur physical therapy). She didn't seem to notice things like flinching and "Ow!" I'll never go back. The people were very friendly (which is why I'm not "naming names"), but I'm not letting them touch me again. And I'll warn all the people I know about it. Ignoring medical requests is DANGEROUS. EDIT: I would've rated 3, but after reading the owner's responses, I'm even more disappointed.
