I am not going to say something like "coming here cured my fear of the dentist!! " because that's impossible. What I can say is that the people here and Dr. K are some of the nicest people in the business. I've seen my fair share of dentists and one shining difference is that here they don't make you feel bad about your teeth. They tell you the issues and what you could do better but they also tell you all the things you are doing right. From a marketers perspective that is an A+ sale ; ). On top of that they also understood that I was afraid and did not dote on me or act condescendingly, and they didn't dismiss my fears, instead they treated me like a person with a real legitimate issue and offered me solutions as well as acknowledging the courage it took me to get there. It should also be noted that he ran over time due to the size of my cavities and said I would have to return to fix the last tooth. I expressed how waiting would kill me because of my anxiety and without hesitating he said he would do it right then. That meant a lot to me, especially since I probably seemed pretty hysterical. (He also offers to show you all sorts of stuff like cavities etc. which I think is great and proves transparency). The office is also very modern, not the normal bleak sad cubicles you see at other places. Lots of natural light! If you are afraid of the dentist and are afraid your dentist will dislike you or shun you for the act. Go here, because regardless of your anxiety level they will treat you like a person who is deserving of respect. : D.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Doctor Stephen Kuzmak for dental work. I previously had…read moretwo root canals performed by an endodontist in Timonium and it didn't go great and in return caused breakage to my teeth. I have always had a fear of dentist because of past experiences which were very painful. I researched top dentist in Maryland and I came across Dr. Kuzmak, Towson View Dental Care and decided to give them a call and make an appointment. I was very nervous about the visit because I had two broken teeth with only the roots left in my gums. Upon my arrival I was meant by a warm and welcoming staff. Dr. Kuzmack himself came out to the waiting area to greet me and to offer me a bottle of water. That definitely helped take the edge off. He explained everything to me before he began the procedure. I always brace myself for the initial needle stick and deep burning that follows from the Novocaine... However to my surprise Dr. Kuzmack pulls out a device that he uses in conjunction with the needles that massages your gums during injection which helped to alleviate any pain! I was totally taken back that I did not feel ANY pain the entire procedure. No pain from the needle or the root extraction. If you are in need of any dental work and have a fear that there may be pain, or you are in search of quality dental service Dr. Kuzmack of Towson View Dental Care should be your #1 choice! When I told her she should have asked me that first we could have saved us some time, she's like you should have told me that first. Seriously? That was really rude. On a side note, before calling her I tried to make an online appointment on their site and after filling out the form the site breaks and throws an error. Time wasted there too. I understand technical problems happen but when you got a human receptionist with an attitude like that, there's something wrong. Hope this saves people some time.

I asked the white receptionist for information about how to do that, and she patronized me. She ignored everything I had to say. Instead, she talked about discounts on dental treatment and about purchasing dental insurance through my employer. A second white lady had to step in. She also was useless in explaining how to get dental insurance. I had a simple question: How do I get dental insurance? This company failed to answer that, and instead fed me lies. I walked away disappointed because I had enough of their wasting my time.

I scheduled, and due to my own fault, I missed the appointment. I called the next day after realizing it, and was met with the MOST rude office manager. She told me that I was blocked from making a new appointment because I missed my "new patient" appointment. I told her I'd been in once before and she said b/c it was an EMERGENCY appointment that I was still considered "new" (mind you this isn't my primary dentist but I was thinking of switching over) so they basically BANNED me for accidentally mixing up the date of my appointment. I went in the office to personally speak with someone in charge and to my surprise, the office manager didn't give the same energy she had over the phone once I dropped in- she then offered to speak with someone to see if I "could get rescheduled" which I later found out SHE could've easily done the reschedule. I don't know what type of games this office is playing, and everytime I've been in there they are empty- they should want the business. I called to the Towson office was promised a call back by the owners and that NEVER happened- that was a week ago. So, I'd say take your business elsewhere if you can.
