Love my dentist been with them for about 5 years now. Everything always goes smoothly and with covid they have been great about staggering patients. Its never crowded when I go in. And they take temperature as soon as you walk in. Today I went to see Dr Plunka on the recommendation of his wife. She said he is gentle and caring and she was 100 percent correct. He made me feel so comfortable while I was in the chair. My anxiety was high but he was so calming. He did my cleaning. I haven't had a dentist do a cleaning ever but I think that is his norm. He is so gentle and he is my forever dentist. My teeth feel amazing and they are squeaky clean. No more dentist anxiety for me. read more

This dentist office is horrible it's the staff not the dentis. I have been trying to make an appointment with Joe and he literally NEVER return phone calls, the front desk either don't answer the phone or keep you on hold so long you'll end up hanging up. there's no manager . why wouldnt there be a manager? avoid this place at all cost and I hope the dentist that do work here find another place to work or open your own practice b/c you're too good for this place. I was a little hesitant about going to a new dentist but Dr. Moss and her staff did not disappoint! My appointment was at 9:00am and I was in the chair by 9:05am. The hygienist, Ryan was professional and cleaned my teeth very well. Dr. Moss was amazing, the dental work I received was outstanding. I felt confident in her care. She's is very efficient and thorough. I also like the massage chairs! My son goes next week and I have to go back the following week. This was a great first experience! I also want to add when you schedule an appointment, you receive reminder calls and texts in advance which is great so you won't forget. I never need an appointment reminder card because I receive numerous electronic reminders! read more

This is a HORRIBLE, INCOMPETENT dental office. I was 6 minutes late for my son's appointment....i signed in with the receptionist and sat down to wait. 30 minutes passed when i got up to see what was going on. I was told by another receptionist that the dentist was in surgery and that I had too...i reschedule. Why didn't they tell me that when I walked in? I took off of work to go to this appointment and totally wasted my time. They just lost 4 patients due to their lack of customer service. Anyone considering them, don't bother.... look for a dentist who actually care about their patients. read more

I have patronized this business for a few years and I really love the professionalism and friendliness of the receptionist staff, hygienists, aids, Dr. Elrafei and Dr. Moss specifically. These members of the team always go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. That's why I drive 2 hours in traffic to go to these doctors and staff! Refuse to provide service because I didn't want to sign the HIPAA form. I hwas asked by three people(the front office staff, the dental assistant and the office manager). Each time, I informed them that I choose not to sign the form and they could mark me down as "Individual refuse to sign". I was informed by the office manager that I could not be seen. read more

I've never had any trouble and I always feel like they provide good quality care. I had not been to try dentist since I'd retired from active duty (2 years ago); so, I was looking for a new dentist. I found smile forever dentistry through the United Concordia website. They were very professional, and helpful. I needed quite a few things done, and they laid out for me what was necessary and what could wait. They helped me come up with a plan to get the work done with in my budget. There service was courteous, fast, and most of all attentive. I spent an hour and a half in the chair yesterday and all they did was take x-rays and pictures of my teeth. After all that time I didn't even get my teeth cleaned. That's all I wanted! It took 30 minutes just to take the x-rays because of the crazy, state-of-the-art machine. What happened to the foam insert and the machine that went around your head? The thing they put in your mouth to position it for the machine hurts! The inside of my mouth is completely cut up because of it. Afterwards, I sat in the chair watching The 700 Club, not because I wanted to but because that's the channel they put it on and then left the room. I was completely offended. When Dr. Moss came into the room to do my examination she hardly said two words to me. She mostly talked to the hygenist using terminology I couldn't understand. For all I knew she could have been telling her that all my teeth had to go. During her exam she didn't tell me a thing about the overall general health of my mouth. When the Dr. left the area I asked the hygenist when I'd get my teeth cleaned. She looked at me like I was crazy and said, "Oh you're not getting your teeth cleaned today. We're just creating a Treatment Plan for you." SERIOUSLY? I haven't had my teeth cleaned in 4 years. You would think cleaning my teeth would be their first priority but apparently not. After the hygenist took more pictures of my teeth I was instructed to keep sitting in the chair. After 20 minutes, They called me into their little office and that's when Dr. Moss put my pictures up on a big screen and said, "See these fillings? Well I think they're causing your teeth to decay so we'll have to redo them and that one should probably have a crown put on." When I asked why, she struggled to give me an answer. She immediately left the room so that the administrative assistant could schedule an appointment to get the work done. OH and by the way, the total for the work was $2000 after insurance! I told the assistant that my teeth weren't bothering me except for the fact that they were dirty. She didn't push the issue. It was a complete waste of time. read more

Both my daughter and I have been to this office and had work done last year. After sitting with their 'insurance specialist' to ensure that all of the work we needed would be covered by insurance and determine what costs, if any, would be necessary, I was told that everything was covered by insurance. I received a bill for over $200 and when I called to inquire I was informed that the resin they used for my fillings was not covered by insurance. What was the point in sitting with the 'insurance Specialist'? She either lied or failed to verify insurance coverage, which I thought was her job. Fast forward 6 months, I called to schedule appointments for our annual cleanings and both times I was told that I had to schedule appointments for x-rays first and then return at a later time for cleaning. I told the woman scheduling that I had never heard of taking x-rays before cleaning and she said that they needed to be certain that I would 'benefit from cleaning' before scheduling. My step mother is a dental assistant and I can tell you that is a total lie and that they just want the money from x-rays. You are supposed to have a cleaning first and then have x-rays and determine if any work is necessary. My cleaning is covered by insurance no matter what and who doesn't benefit from cleaning? In summary, I have scheduled appointments at another practice that is more trustworthy. read more

For as long as I can remember, I have dreaded my visits to the dentist. Smile Forever Dentistry is the greatest discovery I have ever made. The beautiful office doesn't make me feel the anxiety I have come to expect from my past experiences at other dental offices. The large windows provide a bright, cheery atmosphere. My kids love the designated childrens' corner in the waiting room. All the equipment is so advanced and state-of -the -art. They recently took an x-ray of my entire mouth using a machine that spun around my head. The chairs you sit in while being examined are massage chairs! I feel like I'm sitting in a Brookstone massage chair while I'm there. It is so convenient to have general dentists, an orthodontist, and a periodontists all in one office. The dentist noticed something unusual on my gums, and I was able to have a specialist's opinion without needing to make another visit. I can even have my daughter's braces adjusted while my teeth are being cleaned. The staff is always courteous, and cognizant of the wait time. Although I do have other dentists that are more conveniently located in my area, I will continue to travel the farther distance to Smile Forever Dentistry. read more
