Wow. Just wow. I read a while ago they were racist to Asians I didn't believe it!! However today the old lady proved it. Same worker as always. The owners must have favorites or they have something under the table going on. This women is all over yelp complaints and they haven't fired her. I don't usually leave reviews but wow!. I was just doing laundry and like normal the lady was mad dogging me I don't mind! However when I finished she said don't come back. You're not welcome to wash here. Wow. Racist and rude. Don't come here unless you want to get pepper sprayed by the rude short broad and her son will try to fight you for just trying to pick up your clothes in front your kids ! Mind you she likes to make her own business hours and turn people away whenever she feels like it!! This place used to be good until she started working here! Honestly, one of the best laundromats i've ever been to. I come here every week to wash my clothes. I found this place about 6 months ago and i've been coming here ever since. It's very clean!!! There's an onsite laundry attendant. The washers and dryers are affordable. They're also expanding so the laundromat will be bigger soon. Overall this place is amazing. I had a great experience at this laundromat after my washer broke down. The attendant was incredibly kind, always cleaning and making sure everything was in order. They even helped me out, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be coming back when I have bigger loads to do. I come to LaundryMax all the time and it never lets me down! It's always clean and updated! I feel safe doing laundry here. The worker, Lisa, is super sweet! You can go up to her if you need anything! They have a restroom here too for customers which is super clean as well. If you forget anything they have a vending machine to help you out. Ever since this place opened, I have came here and honestly, I really like it the washers work amazing as well as the dryers. The service is great and it's so quick to go in and out. I don't take more than an hour, washing and drying and the place is very clean and they provide stuff that you need. Feels like a luxury laundry place. Came when it was just the tall male worker from mid day till closing but seems they have gotten a few more employees and that's a are a good representation of this facility. And it doesn't stop there ITS EXPANDING. This will forever be a one stop shop with outlets and Apple Pay also available. read more
