I bent over backwards to get the couple storing the bike to move it into the driveway for me and all the stuff that goes with it and he told me he would be there at noon. The couple left at 9am to go on vacation. Dave literally left my motorcycle on the side of the road with the key in the ignition after he woke me up at 5am to get it all ready to be picked up. I am 2000 miles away from my motorcycle and its sitting on the side of the road with the key in the ignition. This guy would steal candy from a baby. This guy would take a ring of your old grandmothers finger. This guy is not a good human. Use literally any other company. If they are not able to answer phone, leave a message or send a note via the contact page on the website. They respond quickly. The property itself is very clean and well kept. It has wide paved driveways. They have a gate with a code to enter, but so far the gate has been open and you can just proceed to your unit. Renting a unit online is very easy. If you want th prepay 6 months or 12 months in advance, call and they will apply a discount. If you arrive at the property on your first visit and you don't like the location oh the unit assigned by default, call KO and they can reassign you're unit to the one that is best for your needs. I plan on keeping my things is storage for at least 3 years, maybe longer and so far it has been a great experience with KO Storage.
