I entrusted this dry cleaner with five high-end garments valued at over $3,000. When the items were…read morereturned, multiple pieces had clearly shrunk by roughly two sizes and were no longer wearable. These garments fit properly before service and were worn without issue. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.

I guess you're paying for how beautiful it it in there. They have places to sit and relax in multiple locations. They have benches and tables to sit & eat. They have folding tables, too. The bathroom was clean, too. They have men and women bathrooms. They have vending machines and coin machines. They have a playing station for kids which is really paying attention to the customers needs!! I would go back because of how clean, spacious, and relaxing it it. However, I don't like how pricey it is!!

I recently dropped an item there for a zipper replacement, paid, received the item and the zipper was not replaced. 1Did they tell me this during pick up? No. 2Did they still charge me for the zipper replacement even though the zipper was not replaced? Yes 3Is that type of activity considered dishonest? Yes 4Did the seamstress ask have a second chance to replace the zipper? Yes 5Did I decline? Yes. Why would I trust them again? Fortunately you only have to fool me one time. I'm not going back.

We are new in town, looking for a new dry cleaner…read more We tried out ACE, they were very easy to deal with and a nice family business. They did a great job, high quality work no bought. They sent us an invoice for the dry cleaning. I had an issue with the charge for the seat covers they did for us, and emailed them. I didn't get a reply, so I emailed again... actually 2 more times. They finally replied and apologized to me for not responding. They said they are not "discount" and charge accordingly. I will not do business with a non-responsive or a business who doesn't value customer feedback. Sorry, this is just a personal choice, there are many other dry cleaners for me to try.
