New Owners Alert... And not the good kind of new owners. They do try to pull fast ones. I recently dropped an item there for a zipper replacement, paid, received the item and the zipper was not replaced. 1Did they tell me this during pick up? No. 2Did they still charge me for the zipper replacement even though the zipper was not replaced? Yes 3Is that type of activity considered dishonest? Yes 4Did the seamstress ask have a second chance to replace the zipper? Yes 5Did I decline? Yes. Why would I trust them again? Fortunately you only have to fool me one time. The cutest little ladies ever. Anytime I drop something off they have it ready, as promised or even sooner. They understand customize fitting to your body type. I've had lots of pants taken in at the waist and from the bottom to fit my shape and they knew how to accentuate. I appreciate them. read more

I ordered a dress that was so close to fitting but wouldn't fully zip for an upcoming wedding. I was close to just returning it but a co worker told me about this place to see if they could help. The ladies were so incredibly sweet and told me they would be able to change the zipper to help the fit close all the way. They're even said they could get in done in about a weeks time or sooner which was faster than i expected. I picked it up and the dress fit perfect! The craftsmanship was amazing it didn't look like a zipper was just thrown together. It look like it already came with the dress. They even added back the hook at the top when i picked it up to give me more assurance of it zipping easier. So impressed with there work especially for the reasonable price. I took a bridesmaids dress in to be altered, and barely gave them any time to get it done. I needed it ASAP, as we were leaving for Africa in 2 days, and I was IN the wedding! What I needed done was a fairly BIG job, and they pulled it off! I can't even tell you what a fantastic job they did under pressure. Plus, they are the cutest sisters ever! Their work is awesome. People who are docking them stars because they only accept cash, is ridiculous. So they're old school...big deal. I will bring ALL my alterations here from now on. Big or small! 2 beautiful sisters taking care of me when I needed quick alterations for a black tie event.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS TO GO MISSING. I dropped off a comforter and 2 pillow cases to be dry cleaned. I never received a call that they were finished so after waiting 2 weeks I went to the store. They ONLY take cash and no credit cards so I had to come back another time to get it. When I came back with the cash, they said I picked up the comforter and it was totally gone. Till this day they say I picked it up which is completely ridiculous. I just wanted my items back but they are either using it or threw it out. I keep calling back and she just hangs up on me. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I went to pick up my comforter set but wasn't able to because they don't take credit cards. When I went back with cash they had lost all my items and rudely accused me of already picking it up. When I stated they wouldn't allow me to pick it up the first time they screamed and never once said sorry for losing my items. I brought two dresses here for two purposes: 1. I needed heavily beaded bridesmaid dress hemmed in a short amount of time. They completed the job and everything looked fine, it was just a little pricey (though they explained it was because the dress was double lined and required extra work). 2. The second dress need to be hemmed because it was too long. The new hem they made was very uneven and sloppy. Very nice ladies but I was disappointed with the quality of the service. Definitely wont be bringing anything back here. Also, they don't take credit card, which is difficult and frustrating. read more

Might be ok for simple hem alterations, but nothing else. The two ladies may seem sweet, but don't be mistaken. They don't communicate in English very well. So they don't understand what you're saying while they nod yes or say they yes. I had a dress that I wanted shortened all around. And when I picked it up, it was not done correctly since they only altered the front. I asked them to complete the job since I need the dress the next dress (which they knew ahead of time) and not only did they refused but they had the audacity to say they did what I wanted while I'm arguing that they didn't do what I wanted. The argument got so heated because the lady didn't like the fact that I was telling her she was wrong, that one of the ladies cornered me in the fitting room and pointing her finger in my face, still trying to tell me that I'm wrong. So I told her she was making me uncomfortable, and ran out of that place. Lesson learned, time wasted. This place has awful customer service, is overpriced, with rude and terrible communicators. read more

Two of the nicest ladies I've ever met. Always friendly! Very reasonable rates. They've done a great job on everything I've had them do....from altering my son's school pants, sewing pillows, even fixing my son's baseball hat. I will recommend them to all my friends and family:) read more

Terrible business- irregular hours - tried to pick up clothes twice and it was closed with no notice to customers. Charged outrageous amount to hem a skirt. Does not accept checks or credit cards. Very poor business practices. read more
