I don't know about you, but when I think about getting something hemmed I have a mental timeline that it won't even be thought about for 1-2 weeks MINIMUM; and then it MIGHT get done a week after that. Not Ms. Shay and Katie. I called with 2 weeks of wiggle room before the wedding, almost panicking. Ms. Shay was supportive and helped me calm down and kept reassuring me that there was plenty of time to get this done. I brought it in on Monday after work, she called me by the next afternoon. I thought I was getting a prank call. and it came out BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't even tell that it was originially meant for someone 5'7. The funky spandex-y material made ME nervous, but not for this dream team. I always struggle finding someone to hem my clothes but I will not be looking any further from now on. Not sure if they're in the process of renovating but even when I came here few months back, it still looked the same so I don't think they're in a renovating process or it would have been done by now. Quarters use to give 7 minutes and now they give 5 minutes. You'll get your basic laundry needs done here if you're just coming to wash and dry clothes. I personally haven't used their services but seems like they're great base on other reviews. There's some cute decors around the place now but the place is absolutely filthy which is ironic when it's a place you come to get your clothes cleaned. Machines are dusty, found pet hair or some kind of fur in some machines, floors are dirty, and it looks like someone was sleeping here and left their blanket here. A worker came in and didn't even bother getting rid of it. There's wooden boards around the place too and benches are dirty which sucks if you want to just stay, relax, and wait for your laundry. Some pros: they have a vending machine for snacks and laundry needs and they have a scan and pay on some of their machines.

This incredible responsiveness and service is what's led me to write this review. Felipe and his team always find a way to help me. I feel lucky to have found their business. I don't just contact them about my orders, I often ask questions about their different services and how I can best maintain my nicer clothes. They always provide incredible consultation. It's clear they're experts. I drop off my clothes to one of their drop-box locker locations after my morning gym routine. They clean everything per my instructions very quickly and they leave my clean clothes in the same locker. I kinda hesitant to use my card coz I don't trust it. But since my clothes are inside the machine and a lot of us that time waiting for other so I give it a try. I top it like 3-4 times and it didn't go through. So I swiped it sam like 3-4 times before it go through. It only charged me twice so it's only 8 mins. It keep on messaging me reswipe. So I stop I will just wait for the other machine. We went home and now before I write this review, I check my bank account and that laundromat charge me $15!!!! FOR 8 MINUTES!!!
