I don't just contact them about my orders, I often ask questions about their different services and how I can best maintain my nicer clothes. They always provide incredible consultation. It's clear they're experts. I drop off my clothes to one of their drop-box locker locations after my morning gym routine. They clean everything per my instructions very quickly and they leave my clean clothes in the same locker. Felipé, Linda of the office staff, and all of the wonderful behind the scenes working hands do a superior job of cleaning clothes and are my favorites by far among laundry and dry cleaning services. They are professional, efficient, own/operate their own plant, green- environmentally, inexpensive, exceptionally congenial and very receptive to input/feedback/special instructions or needs with regard to pick up, laundering/dry cleaning or delivery. All of my clothes come back in perfect condition and perfectly laundered or dry cleaned. Thisplace has fallen on the deep end, the owner now has people living in the laundry matt , the place is filthy dirty used rags all over the place dry sheet and trash all over the floors. The lady that lives in the laundry mat is one of the owners employees she lives in the back with her two kids and a guy. I have mo issue with this but if she gonna live in here at least do ur part and keep the laundry mat clean for the people who come and pay to use the place. It stinks like food, musty smell and dirty water im sorry but this place is my go to place because its near by and lately they been open late. Clean laundry mat- but there's hardly any employees here- in case you have a question or need to get wifi password. It's not my first time here and whenever I come, there's no attendant....always. They have wash & fold service which I have been attempting to try - but I was told before that they were in the middle of upgrading their system- so I'm just waiting for it to be done before I try them (for personal security reasons as you'd need to give your credit card information). read more

Both my spouse and I work 2 jobs each so we barely get to see one another. The last thing either of us want to do is laundry. Some of our biggest fights have been on laundry day. So, I began looking for an alternative and found ELaundry. I read some of the reviews and was nervous as I placed my order. I used my bathroom scale to weigh the clothes. I choose the time I wanted it picked up and dropped off then paid for my order and waited as I worked from home. A gentleman came during the time frame specified and retrieved my laundry. Of course I then had anxiety for the next 24 hours wondering if they would lose my order. The next day came they dropped off the laundry during my requested time all bagged and folded. My spouse was impressed as was I. I said it feels like Christmas unwrapping all the folded clothes and started putting them away. Now we use Elaundry weekly. The rest of the orders have gone relatively the same except I learned to order earlier in the day and during the week as traffic affects p/u-d/o times. I don't ever want to do laundry again. I hate it with a passion. I love have Elaundry as an option. Update: 11/06/2017 Still with Elaundry, I highly recommend to not schedule Thursday pickup and Friday drop off. Everytime I do I don't get my order until much later Friday night 9:16pm has been the latest which sucked because I had plans for the weekend and had to cancel due to no communication from the company and a 8hour late delivery. I was refunded for 50% of my order. But couldn't get a refund on my weekend plans. I'm still using Elaundry, but will now do my best to get my laundry out on Monday instead. read more

TLDR: clothes came back stained. after 1.5 months, still have not received clothes. This service is a nightmare. I put in an order on October 24th, 2017 and I still have not received all my clothes. The first time they came, I unwrapped my clothes and they had black stains all over them. At first I thought it was a mistake and only a few items had the spots but as I unpacked my laundry, I saw that all of my white and light colored clothes had these spots! So after a very long and painful process, I got half my clothes back on November 10th; 16 days after the original delivery date. It is now November 27th, 2017 and I still have not received all my clothes. Additionally, they just show up sometimes without letting you know and if you aren't home, they don't follow up to let you know that your clothes are ready and that you should reschedule delivery. read more

this place was recommended by my cousin I'm glad I came here very sweet guy cheap reasonable like to give me a little bit of a Discount. which I thought that was really nice of him. the place was clean he has a lot to new washers dryers are like 6 minutes a quarter but he says it cost maybe 75 to $1 to dry everything which is really good the only thing is is no parking off street parking or you can park in the back and then he has stairs and his little garage to go upstairs to do the laundry then have to carry your stuff so if you want a cheap reasonable place come here nice washers and got a big TV is there at 12 o'clock when they open the office read more

Felipe and his company are amazing. I made fun of my friend for using a pick up and drop off laundry and dry cleaning service, but he swore by them. Now I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. Heck, I even got my mom hooked on the service. These folks are true professionals, if anything goes wrong (only happened once) they resolved it right away. A+, great merchant, will definitely continue to deal with them (can you tell I do ebay way too much?) I refer them to my friends everyday. They completely missed three separate 2-hour windows and couldn't get ahold of the driver, then tried to say they they picked up laundry already, and finally dropped off at 10:30pm (3 hours late) and argued he as "not late" directly to my face. I might tolerate 15-30 minutes late, but you get one star for wasting 6 hours of my life and lying. read more

I haven't been to the actual laundromat, but their online pickup and delivery service has been great so far. Super simple to place the order online, and then I can just leave my laundry bag in a secure location at my house and wait for it to be picked up. It's left in the same spot within the delivery window a day or two later. It's not even that much more expensive than just going to a laundromat in person. Great service! read more

So, my washer is on the fritz, I was already behind on my own laundry, and my kids start school in 3 days. eLaundry saved the day! I ordered next-day delivery wash and fold, they picked up Monday, it was delivered Tuesday evening, and now my kids are set for their first day of school, and I don't have to dig old dresses out of my closet to wear to the office. Double-bonus that there service was available to pickup from and deliver to my home in Pacifica. The last time I went looking for a laundry service, my only pickup/delivery options were in the city. I have used every laundromat in this area, and this place is by far the worse, because the managers don't give a sh*t about their customers!!! Machines are broken without signs. No money back even after you call them repeatedly. Half of the machines are either broken or unusable/reserved. All the other places were full today, so I thought I'd give it another chance. Their machine didn't spin my clothes enough, so I had to wring out a load of clothes by hand + spend more on the dryer just so my really wet clothes would dry. Never coming back to this place again. If you're looking for a better laundromat, try the one next door near Walgreens if there's room, at least when their machines steal your money, the managers fully refund you! read more

I came to this place after trying all the other Laundry Places around here. I am Glad I came here, I found this place clean, actually there was a lady even cleaning the windows. The machines wash excellent and the dryers are the best in the area- ( not kidding) I do not know what the review was below that I just read, I thought it was clean and smelt like the place was cleaned with pine-sol. They even had WI-FI and one of the workers gave me the password and they all seemed pleasant. I will come back here!! read more

I thought my 49er jacket was ruined. It had a huge black oil stain on the back. When I gave it to him I didn't believe there was hope for it to be used again. but I took a chance. When I got it back I was astonished at the results I could not believe my eyes. Not only had he removed the stain completely but it looked like brand new.
