I'm so glad that we were able to find it as it was so worth it. The restaurant is huge and has a cool bar area with multiple TVs throughout the entire place. The food coming out looked very good and our waitress told us about the special of the day which was a French dip sandwich and fries and so glad we chose to order it. The meat in the sandwich was super flavorful and the odds you sauce on the side was even butter to dip it in the french fries. We had an event to attend and needed a quick meal and this hit the spot. The only thing we could recommend is that they offer drinks in glass versus plastic.

The greens rolled true. There is definitely water and sand challenges beyond the length. I never found myself in the sand but did find the water on the long par 3s where you had to fly the water to reach the green. Carts had GPS. There were also beverage carts along the course. They have a really nice turn to get food and beverages if you choose. Your green fee includes a small range ball basket. They also have chipping and putting greens for practice. Someone greeted us at the bag drop and loaded up a cart for us. Very nice staff and loved the course.

Their special of the night was the Lemon Garlic chicken Penne, packed with great ingredients just not hot. $23.00 huge bowl could have fed 2. Daughter ordered the Butternut squash ravioli and loved it, awesome Maple cream sauce. Since neither of our meals came with garlic bread or anything we shared the Sliced Italian bread from appetizer menu and it filled the void for $6.00. My daughter had a super nummy cheeseburger with battered french fries. My son had the salmon with cheesy augratins and he said it was tasty. We finished with the gluten free chocolate cake that was delicious and moist. Would have given them another star had our food been served hot, we did not complain but wished I had, atmosphere and service was great, my granddaughter loved playing a few of the free arcade games off the entry. Will definitely be back.

I've been playing Chaska Town Course since it opened in the late 1990s (I play there about 4 times…read moreper year, on average). And I'm still not tired of this course -- at all. It's the best public course in the West Metro by a good margin. I think it competes well with Legends Golf Club in Prior Lake and Rush Creek in Maple Grove -- but both those two courses are ~ 50% more expensive than Chaska Town Course. Town Course has an excellent practice facility. The course itself is challenging and interesting. You have two fun driveable par 4's, a decent amount of water hazards, and a lot of natural beauty. Now that I think about it, nearly every hole is interesting. You have some great par 5's that really tempt you to get home in two shots, but they are well-protected by trees and water. The course is always kept in immaculate condition. They also do a good job enforcing pace of play -- I don't recall a round ever dragging on longer than 4.5 hours. The food in the clubhouse is good, too. Great patio overlooking the stunning 18th hole. They have a Weekday Special Rate for teeing off before 11 am on Mon - Thursday.

Great atmosphere, check-in was easy, they had live music on the patio, and overall was a fun course and experience. Greens seemed really small but they were in really good condition, and not terribly priced. Playing on a Sunday evening at 6:30 was beautiful with the sunset. Especially loved the par 3's - they were challenging, different lengths, and had great looks!

I love this place but your elderly front desk lady needs to change her damn attitude. As a paying…read morecustomer.... and showing up on time before my tee time.... A half hour before to keep in mind and willing to spend more money than originally planned. We had a friend from out of state than wanted to join out group of 2. We did show up with 3 hoping we could add an extra last minute, totally understandable if we couldn't add another, but the reason why I'm writing this review is because the old hag at the front desk decided to roll her eyes talk back and give me attitude. I show up to golf course to kick back and release my work week most of the time I don't come here to get talked down to like she's my grandma at a Thanksgiving dinner! Clean your front desk act up or I'll be letting everybody know and all of my golf buddies around the States and in MN never to use Dwan golf club whenever they come and visit and I will also be letting all of my friends, family, colleagues, Construction, and work partners that they will also not be using your course. Customer service goes a long way and same with how you act in your job. If you can't handle a simple job of being a front desk, person at a golf course and being friendly and personable you probably shouldn't have a job at all. Clean up your act this is a business not a "dicks last resort". Hope you have a great summer cleaning up your act and front desk lady's attitude. sincerely, the guy who pays to play golf all the time on your greens. All I'm asking is I'd appreciate a little bit of respect no matter my age gender or race.... Is it that hard? If you made it this far thanks for reading and hope you get to never experience what I got to experience. This has happened on multiple occasions but I'm sick of it so I'm writing a post.
