I finally got an email response saying the last payment was in June. It is now August. I have not received one notification of this issue. Not by email, phone call or statement. My account that was auto-debit had no problems with any of my other auto-debits. Still, no phone call from the owner, David to address this issue. Notice that their last review was from 2018. I paid upfront almost $20,000 for a 4 year Service contract to Kromeon. Within the first month of the contract, all Kromeon staff who knew anything about my product either quit or let go. At one time, JP Palacio, who owns the company, threatened to install a hacked version back. Kromeon did zero maintenance per the contract. Sure, Kromeon sent me "monthly" service reports. But they were all fake. I protested to Kromeon Kromeon wrote blah blah. Kromeon did not provide any details I asked for. After 10 months of this deception, I canceled the Kromeon contract and demanded payment of the remaining months amounting to $12,000 plus. Kromeon refused to pay even though I documented all falsehoods in the cancellation. While Kromeon put together a good product, Kromeon is not the same. I would not recommend anybody to do business with JP Palacio. He is the rudest and arrogant person I have dealt with in my 43 years of business.

This review is WAY overdue!…read more Prior to hiring Chris in 2014, I tried to "DIY" my website and truth be told, the end product was absolutely horrible. Not to mention, it was difficult for me to update on a regular basis so my site was never reflective of my current offerings, didn't reflect my brand and wasn't functional. I'm a fitness guy, not a web guy, so hiring Website in 5 Days has literally been one of the best decisions I've made. Here's a few things I LOVE about this company: -I write 1-2 articles and shoot video blogs on a weekly basis and their team uploads it for me. I have a consistent point of contact and I'm one email away from getting my stuff updated. -When we run specials, I'm able to shoot over the details and their team makes the changes. It's absolutely seamless and they are ALWAYS quick to reply and update the site. -Chris promised a complete website revision every two years and he followed thru on that 100%. As my business has changed and I've become more clear on who my ideal client is, their team helped completely redo the site to reflect my updated brand. For Facebook marketing, I've used two highly rated companies and fired them within the first 2 months because their customer service was so horrible. Well, with the package I have here, they are now running my Facebook ads, as well as managing my clickfunnel landing pages, and creating opt-in forms that are woven right into my email service. ALL INCLUDED IN WHAT I'VE BEEN PAYING. HOW COOL!!!! Chirs over delivers like very few professionals do. Just this week he Coached me thru negotiating an additional marketing leg thru Yelp. HIRE THESE GUYS and you'll be happy! They do way more than "design a website." They know business as a whole and are always up to date on the market and the changes to the business world as a whole. I'm so stoked to have these guys on my team!! Thanks Chris!!
