The place is run by a Physical Therapist/PTA team, so you can attend for therapy, or join the gym. The equipment in the gym is really unique - it's technogym equipment, so it helps you count and pace your reps, and tracks the weight you use. Since the facility is within the Bill Grays Iceplex, you can use technology on the cardio machines to watch any of the ice rinks (in case you're there during your kid's hockey practice). You can also listen to music, watch YouTube, or travel through various "trails" on the cardio equipment as you work out. And the staff are medical professionals, so they will make sure you have a great program and answer your questions. As for the PT side, Matt & Rob are great and personal. I'd highly recommend them!

On occasion, I have been seen by other staff members who have also been great. The facility is always very clean and organized as well. This is not like one of the "chain" physical therapy facilities. You are not just left alone to do some exercises, the staff here gives much more personalized attention. The therapist is with you through the entire appointment. You don't see that in some other practices. The whole staff at this practice is very friendly and professional. The front desk staff is also very friendly and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. Everyone has always been every accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I've got a long tale to tell that involves a broken toe (dang that delicious Jamaican rum while on…read moreholiday and I lost track of my foot walking into the door!), that went untreated ... and I rolled my foot to protect it, which led to too much pressure on that side of the foot and a pinched nerve b/w two toes. And then we all came home for the pandemic and I stopped wearing shoes on my wooden floors (no cushioning) AND started doing Barre-exercise (like ballet, up on toes and ball of foot), which made that pinched nerve so aggravated, that I walked funny on my ankle to accommodate. Which led to my calf getting weird b/c of the ankle ... which led to my knee getting weak and sloppy to accommodate the calf and ankle and pinched nerve and now-healed-broken-toe. Then my hip was affected, and next thing you know, the sciatic nerve is involved and I've got lower back pain! HOW DID I FIGURE ALL THIS OUT? you ask ..... and how can I sit here, pain-free, and type what's getting ready to be a glowing review? Why Callan-Harris PT, of course!!!! Sarah Carlton has been JUST great at deducing what was wrong ... how it happened ... and how to fix it. I have a battery of strengthening and stretching exercises that have been TRANSFORMATIVE how much they've helped, and that I enjoy so much, I actually have no doubt I'll keep doing long past my sessions with Sarah. If you're in back, neck, shoulder, hip, leg, foot pain, I highly recommend Callan-Harris ... and I specifically recommend working with Sarah Carlton!

When Lattimore is hopping during busier hours, all the PTs are friendly, and willing to help out. They offer a lot of flexibility with appointments, and that is super appreciated by many working professionals struggling to get their health needs met. I am still attending physical therapy now, 7 months post -op and feel really lucky to have landed there after consulting with my orthopedic surgeon. They have been so easy to work with.
