I am writing this review a year and half later, unfortunately this service to review was not available when we used Latitude50 service at the time.
I wish I had complained whilst in situ at Radnoon, Rock, Cornwall rather than after our visit when they withheld our deposit.
The property was beautiful looking, but not eco friendly as stated. The AGA was on in summer and we were not allowed to switch off (instructions clearly left us in doubt) and all the doors had to be opened just to breathe and roasting. The internet did not work but we over looked even though I used extra data costing me £125.00 (we are not complainers) However I did mention afterwards they never returned my email to compensate me just ignored my issue. This experience has taught me to complain, complain immediately!!! The handles to the kitchen cabinets were sticky and dirty and general clean of the kitchen wasn't up to scratch. We paid £3000+ for a week and there were four of us for a 12 persons house. The towels were very old and discoloured and not in keep with the selling points to the property. The company withheld money for a cushion which had scratches apparently from us. The scratches were marks in the textile wear. When we brought up our issues they did not want to listen because I did not complain until after our visit, I was in a holiday mood and needed a relaxed time and not stressed. I wish I had, so buyer beware and take some advice, make sure you complain at the time. They took money from us and did not want to listen or compromise.
We regularly come to Cornwall and spend this amount of money we know what to expect from a rental company and expectations of the property, this was not met.
