Why I liked it: - The beds are comfy and slightly squished in (but at least that means you can get more friends involved!) - The kitchen is large and has all the cooking paraphernalia we needed. - There is a nice lawn (we used it to play boules/ pétanque...) - There is a washer, a drier and clothes racks (I guess this would be useful for longer holidays!) - The spa facilities are clean and pleasant - we spent time in the pool, sauna and hot tub. - We had facials/pedicures included in the price of booking to rooms. A couple of girls spent extra to have massages - they were lovely. - The owners have some happy, friendly dogs. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere...but it doesn't take long to drive to the beach and for us it was the perfect venue.

I wish I had complained whilst in situ at Radnoon, Rock, Cornwall rather than after our visit when they withheld our deposit. The property was beautiful looking, but not eco friendly as stated. The AGA was on in summer and we were not allowed to switch off (instructions clearly left us in doubt) and all the doors had to be opened just to breathe and roasting. The internet did not work but we over looked even though I used extra data costing me £125.00 (we are not complainers) However I did mention afterwards they never returned my email to compensate me just ignored my issue. This experience has taught me to complain, complain immediately!!! The handles to the kitchen cabinets were sticky and dirty and general clean of the kitchen wasn't up to scratch. We paid £3000+ for a week and there were four of us for a 12 persons house. The towels were very old and discoloured and not in keep with the selling points to the property. The company withheld money for a cushion which had scratches apparently from us. The scratches were marks in the textile wear. When we brought up our issues they did not want to listen because I did not complain until after our visit, I was in a holiday mood and needed a relaxed time and not stressed. I wish I had, so buyer beware and take some advice, make sure you complain at the time. They took money from us and did not want to listen or compromise. We regularly come to Cornwall and spend this amount of money we know what to expect from a rental company and expectations of the property, this was not met. Customer service nil and in favour of the owner. I am so glad I can have a voice using this service.

Hopefully the bank can get the deposit back for me as the company stopped responding to my emails a few weeks ago.

First impressions, on driving in, was of the greenery surrounding the caravans. Tranquil and…read morerelaxing. Very friendly reception with everything sorted out within minutes. We were totally shocked when we arrived at out holiday caravan for our four day stay. A 10 berth caravan for the two of us with TV, DVD player, CD player, microwave etc etc. and, more to the point, clean. As I have said, surrounded by trees and greenery. It was great, at dusk, to see the bats flying around and, as a special treat, a flypast by an owl one evening. I cannot comment on the bar, swimming pool, restaurant or entertainment as we didn't use any. However, a quick view into the covered swimming pool, it looked really nice. Excellent stay and we will do it again. Many thanks.
