We bought our home less than a year ago (delivered 8/27/19) and we have had nothing but problems…read morefrom day one! First off, when it was delivered, the hone had two holes in the OSB sheathing around the outside of the house that went straight through to the insulation. One of the delivery guys said "WOW, I wonder what they hit this with?", while sticking his fingers through it. They were NEVER repaired before the siding went on, even though we were told it would be. When they hooked the plumbing up and turned the water on for the first time, almost all of the connections in the house blew off and flooded our brand new home. It wasn't noticed until the water was POURING through the floors onto the concrete slab below like a waterfall. The two master bedroom windows were installed crooked and uneven (when it was repaired they said the windows were 3/4 of an inch off from each other). Molding is falling off in most of the house. There are weak/soft spots in the subfloors throughout the house. We were assured the subfloors were going to be 3/4" T&G OSB, but It doesn't look or feel like it, (pics below), it looks like someone tried painting a marbling effect on it to simulate OSB. The subfloor is totally smooth, unlike real OSB. Also, not sure if it really is 3/4"? None of the repair men Titan sends can answer that question without a nervous laugh. Molding around the kitchen cabinets is coming off, siding was hung crooked and wavy, the dishwasher leaks down the door and it was noticed the door, just under the handle, is dented. The grout is cracking and falling out all throughout the kitchen backsplash. The Gypsum in the master bath was cut wrong and there's a gap in the corner over the shower. All three bedroom overhead lights flicker with a strobe effect whenever you use anything electrical in the room(s) while the lights are on. The floors are extremely uneven from room to room and, there's a very large dip in the floor in one of the spare bedrooms in front of the closet, and when you step there everything on that side of the room literally wobbles and shakes. The carpet is NOT tacked down and has stretch lines in the bedrooms. There are very loud clunks/snaps/squeaks/pops in the floors, etc. Trying to get return calls/emails is like pulling teeth. Needless to say we are VERY unhappy with this home. We feel we were rooked and wish we went with our first choice of home AND dealer! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Ordered a Manufactured Home in June. Now its December, foundation is all done, well is ready to go,…read moreelectricity is ready to be hooked up, sewer is ready to be hooked up, Direct TV is re-scheduled a third time- and the house is going on week #3 on trailers on my lot. Titan Homes is refusing to place my house on the foundation unless the weather shows 0% chance of precipitation.. Guess what I Live In Upstate New York, i'm lucky there is not a foot of snow. Anyone thinking of ordering through this company- please look at all other options first, I could've built a house by myself already.
