Like a private dinner just for us. We gave them the foods we wanted to try ahead of time so they were ready when we got there. One-by-one, dishes were brought out and explained to us. Starting with the appetizers, main course and side dishes. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They brought out each dish, explained it and how it was made. I don't remember everything we tried but we ended up going with the bruschetta for an appetizer. The spring mix salad. Brisket and pulled pork with sides of green beans and mac and cheese. Everything is made from scratch and customizable. You can give suggestions for flavoring based on preference. The appetizers and meats we kept as is. The mac and cheese was good but we opted to add a bit more seasoning. The green beans were excellent as well and had a sweet taste to them as well. I think the secret ingredient is some sugar!
