Was advertised on a hotels site that it would give us a nonstop ride to the hotel. Completely untrue. Not only did we have to wait 20 min for the shuttle to show up then we waited almost 30 min for other passengers and had to do all these stops! I would have gladly paid for a more expensive Uber knowing how much time this cost me. On top of that we were starving and having to wait forever so many places were closed around our hotel. I called the Sahara hotel to find out who we could use to pick us up from airport to sahara round trip.we arreivef july 1 followrd instruction on paper they were no where to be found! I asked a man at taxi uber stand they told us 3 witnesses with me that they were a scam not operating!! Right there i called them no answer then i srnt an email canceling our ride on july 6 from sahara to airport requesting refund.no phones answered email not answered.I was out 144.00!!! We ended up getting an uber to sahara and when we left for airpory on 6th we used an uber. Do not use LAS!!! Big time scammers!!!! read more

Bad service. My flight was delayed for 30 minutes so we were told we had to wait 40 minutes for our transport to arrive. It was late and we had been flying all day so we took a cab. The guy at the transportation booth said that we had to call in for a refund. We spoke with them on the phone and they won't give us a refund or even a credit for our return flight. read more

An $18 shuttle to your hotel in Las Vegas sounds great. The problem is you will wait in the shuttle for them to fill it with passengers. Then it drives to each and every hotel on the strip to let one or two people out on each stop. Highly inefficient and if your hotel is on the north part of the strip, it will take over an hour to get you to your hotel. In the meantime, the shuttle is hot and sweaty, there are countless speed bumps, and very loud radio chatter from the dispatcher and other drivers. I would absolutely pay 3-4x the price for an Uber or Lyft next time. With all that said, the driver drove safely, and was kind. read more

This was our best transportation experience in Las Vegas. Both incoming and outgoing drivers were exceptionally kind and helpful. Also about our phone contact "Mary". She helped us above and beyond. We had a last minute change to an earlier time and sent us Teodor..a super nice Bulgarian who picked us up and made sure we headed in right direction for our flight. He also was very patient as I had to run back to our room for lost article. Even though a bit more than a taxi lasepress is much more reliable 24 hours a day. This is the worst transportation ever ! I almost lost my flight from las Vegas to Bucaramanga Colombia, I was waiting this transportation for more than 40 minutes, they never was there. I had to pay this horrible service 24 hours before my flight and they never arrived. I had to take a taxi at the last moment and still I am waiting for the refund of my money... If you don't want lost your flight please don't take this service! read more

During my long wait, I called the customer care phone number. No one answered and the voice mail box was full so I couldn't leave a message. read more

If I can give zero stars I would. Also I wished I would have read the other Yelp reviews before prior to booking a reservation. My manager decided to change her flight which means this would affect the pick up time to get to the airport. A car service company should have a 24-hour dispatch to make changes or contact the drivers. Instead the phone number only routes to Mary who's voicemail boxes is full. It's probably full because of all the complaints! Mary's only in from 9am-9pm. What happens to all the rides before 9am or after 9pm that need support or help to get to the driver? The website reads that it allows one modification to a reservation online. I tried that but none of their buttons worked. Only their cancellation button worked but to do that, it's nonrefundable. I didn't want to cancel, I wanted to just modify. I called the Golden Nugget when I noticed that it's one of their transportation vendors. Although the Golden Nugget representative was friendly, she couldn't get any support. Overall this is the worse experience. I can't believe that my company uses them for their convention transportation needs. I will not use them again. I expect more from a car service company that services a major city (Las Vegas!!!) that's open 24-hours. I should have used Omni Limo instead. read more

Booked shuttle online for pickup round trip from and to airport. Waited at airport for 1 hour to get a shuttle. Female driver we were assigned was honking and had a sailors mouth full of curse words for fellow drivers on road. Pickup driver from hotel never showed, no one at company would answer phone, and cell number they gave for driver never answered phone call or text messages sent. There was 4 of us at hotel who were stranded. Thank goodness for Lyft! They saved the day! . 0 stars and horrible customer service! read more

Transportation is first class all the way. To start, I was able to book everything online with price quotes. Text messages were received upon arrival informing me where my driver was waiting. We quickly met and awaiting the arrival of our bags. The driver carried the oversized bags and left the smaller ones for us. The drive to the resort was effortless. When it was time to leave Las Vegas, our transportation was waiting for us when we arrived at the lobby. Again, an effortless drive to the airport. The vehicles were clean and shiny before each ride. I will definitely want to use this transportation service the next time I visit Vegas. read more

Got an email confirmation right away and additional emails as my trip got closer (Both ways) ... with specific instructions where to go to grab my shuttle.... everything was flawless... very personable and polite drivers and got where I needed to be safely and on time! Booked express (no stops) both ways. After 20 minute wait at the airport for the bus, 4 stops and additional 30 minutes later, I reached the hotel. On the return trip they were on time, but still not express - 1 stop and 30 minutes later, I reached the airport. NO REFUNDS. Didn't price rideshare, but cabs are lined up at the airport and hotels for immediate departure, and are the same price as express. read more

Do not use this service! The price is not worth the hassle. I wish I did Uber or taxi instead. We decided to take this shuttle from the airport because our hotel website suggested this service. Once we got our bags at terminal 3, we had to take a different shuttle to a different terminal to get to where the Las Express shuttle location is. That took over 20 minutes to get to the shuttle. Then we had to wait on the shuttle for other passengers to take the shuttle for another 45 minutes. Then it took us 45 minutes just to get to our hotel because you drop off at different hotels. After flying for 12 hours this is not what I wanted to deal with. I booked a round trip pickup/drop off from this service. Since we were unhappy with our first trip we wanted to cancel our drop off reservation. Even though we haven't even used the service we still got charged for the shuttle. They will not refund our money even after we told them we had a bad experience with our pick-up. We decided to just cancel the second shuttle ride and just take a taxi so we know we will be on time for our flight. Come to find out ...a taxi is half the price as this service if you're using multiple people. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

LASxpress is a total scam. They didn't pick-up my family, so they took a cab. The guy at the airport stand said to call for refund, explain it took too long. When you call, they let you know you have to go to a website to request a refund, but that no partial refunds will be given and no full refund unless it's 72 hours out. Furthermore, *they let you know they may sell your information if you use the site to submit your request!* The information they require (and therefore is subject to them selling) is name, email, and phone number. Shame on the hotels who recommend this con job. I'm looking at you, Westgate Las Vegas. read more

Stay Away! During a recent stay at the Grandview of Las Vegas that is approximately 8 miles from the strip I decided to book a trip to the strip with Lasxpress. It was 110 degrees and a black shuttle bus showed up that had no air conditioning! Following a miserable 8 mile drive to the strip I phoned the company to express my displeasure. I was informed by a woman who answered the phone that since my scheduled return was at night it should be cooler! What!!! No explanation or apology. A simple, sorry the AC was broken, would have been acceptable. I didn't return on the shuttle. Of course there is a no cancellation no refund policy. A waste of money. read more

Choosing this service was a bad move. The boarding pass had vague instructions as to where the pick up at the hotel would be. Actually, it seemed clear at first. It just said "main entrance". So I waited right by the main entrance doors where all the cars pick-up and drop-off people. This resulted in me watching my shuttle drive by right in front of me, behind the trees at a different location. As it drove by without even slowing down or attempting to check if I was nearby, I immediately called customer service. Customer service though pleasant, is outsourced with insufficient tools. The lady on the phone tried her best to help, but had a terrible time trying to reach the driver. How can a driver be so nonchalant and unreachable when out picking up people? Once she did get through, the driver refused to come back to pick me. So that right there says something about this service. The boarding pass handling is also outsourced, I was told. Which is all fine if you're committed to cutting costs while still making things work right. This company doesn't care about getting things right, or making them right. When I asked to cancel and get a refund, I was told I can cancel, but I can't be given a refund. To get a refund, I would need to call some other lady at another number at another time and make my case as to why I should get my $11 back. How lame. They did eventually end up arranging a different shuttle bus, which was nice of them. Ended up wasting half hour more getting to the airport, plus the unneeded hassle. So, when trying to make it to a flight, just don't risk it. P.s: This service requires you to bring a printout of the boarding pass. Because, the physical copy must be handed over to the driver upon boarding. So if you're already at a hotel trying to get to the airport using them, good luck finding a printer. I used LASxpress during the last weekend in July 2018 - the temps during the day topped out at 115 - I arrived, after getting off my flight, and having booked on-line, to find that I was not in the LASxpress system, and had to re-book and wait about 45 minutes for a shuttle. It was very warm inside the shuttle; I had to drink water for most of the 45 minute trip. On my return to the airport the following Monday morning, in a smaller van, with only one other customer pick-up, the air conditioning was not keeping up with the heat at all, and I arrived at the airport for my day of flying home, sweaty and hot. I contacted the company and asked about the air-conditioning after returning home - I was in a number of vans (other companies, not LASxpress) during my weekend in LV, that did keep up with heat. I was told that I could not expect that any of their vans would be under 90 degrees inside, during a heat wave. Completely unacceptable, and I would never use this company again. read more

Paid for roundtrip service prior to a business trip. Included a pick up at 3:30 am for a 6:00 am flight. No one showed up, and when you called the "help number" all you could do was leave a message. Our LASxpress experience was FIRST CLASS all the way!!! My family came to Las Vegas to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday! My daughter and her best friend both use wheelchairs for mobility so we needed a shuttle that could accommodate two wheelchairs. After calling numerous shuttle services I had the pleasure of reaching Ms. Carol at LASxpress! Carol listened, was very pleasant and professional during our conversations which gave me confidence all would go well!!! Boy did it ever!!! LASxpress went that extra mile by greeting us at the airport with a HBD sign for my daughter! Our departure pickup with Gina was timely and accommodated our needs once again!!! My ride from the Airport to my hotel was very pleasant. My ride from my hotel to the Airport was a different story. I had a reservation with LASxpress to be picked up at the Golden Nugget and taken to the airport on Friday, July 27, 2018 at 12:15 pm. The shuttle arrived late and we were not on our way to the Airport until 12:29. The shuttle was dirty, the seat belts did not work property, and there was no rear air. The rear air blew hot hair. The vents in the rear did not stay open and at least one was missing in its entirety. We were supposed to have been dropped off at the airport by 12:45 and we did not get dropped off until 12:59. When I requested a refund from the company I was denied. They claim we received the service the service paid for and I quote, "no matter the condition of the coach". The company's response is acceptable. Apparently they believe it is okay to be late, have their customers arrive late, and transport their customers sub-par unsafe conditions of their fleet. Due to the conditions (smell and no air) on the shuttle I felt physically ill. There were four other members of my party who felt the same way can corroborate this experience. Even those not in our party complained of the conditions, struggled with seat belts, and complained of the heat. When I complianed to the company about my experience they basically told me that the condition coach there would be no refund offered. I would highly recommend Uber instead for cleaner and safer conditions! read more
