Our dish washer blew up 2 weeks ago. We finally ordered the same type (24" portable) online. Got a call today telling us the machine wouldn't be in until 'mid-December'. Annoyed? Yes! I said to cancel the order and was told they couldn't but could give me 'store credit'! $1220 toward nothing else in their establishment I want! I may as well have taken out the cash and burned it! By that time we were moving again when I got to my new house everything was broken opening the box is disbelief. I tried calling and emailing. Horrible Customer Service (0 star) Where do I begin, I purchased my bed frame from bad boy 2 months ago. Badboy never called or emailed to update the status of my order delivery even after a month plus until I called. I have a newborn at home hence the reason we had ordered a king size bed. No courtesy whatsoever even when I called several times about my order. I've been promised callbacks but nothing surprises me with them again, failed promises, I guess they are only living to their name - BAD. I just purchased a brand new dryer from BAD BOY. The machine was delivered broken. Bad Boy says too bad go to the manufacture, we are not responsible. Oh and by the way we don't give refunds and we have nothing to do with an item after it is sold. TOOOOO BAD. Do not buy from BAD BOY furniture store. You will be SORRRRY! No backing what they sell. There is also have no way of contacting upper management about any problems. If I can save one person from buy from this disgusting company, I will be happy. The worst place to buy anything. I bought a corner sectional couch for more than $2000 plus more than $200 something for insurance. Soon after buying, the couch started ripping off, the wooden pieces broke out. We always gently use the couch. It's barely used. There is no way this should happen just in a few days. Another friend of mine bought a couch at the same time as we bought in the same store. His couch's wooden parts broke just in a few days and it caused dents/pits in some areas. During sales, the sales person pushed us to take insurance policy and mentioned that any damages will be covered except damage from spills. We called bad boys for more than 6 months CONTINUOUSLY, the representative disconnects the call while talking and is very rude. Tried contacting through emails and all other sources with no luck. Finally after 7 months, they agreed to pickup our couch and said that they will fix and deliver within 3 weeks. 2 months passed by and they finally delivered but guess what??? They delivered only a few pieces of our couch. Many parts such as the console, back parts of all the SEATS are missing. What are we going to do with partial parts of OUR freaking couch? We checked to see if the given pieces were fixed but NO they were not. Also they made an additional damage which didn't exist before. At the time of picking up the couch, they noted down in detail regarding the areas that needs to be fixed but none of it were fixed. So many months in pain, so many months without a couch, so many days of waste of energy in trying to reach out to these idiotic scammers!! Despite of paying so much money and going through all these, we're still calling them to give back all parts of our couch. NO USE YET!! Thieves! On June 19, me and my wife bought complete bedroom set, sectional sofa and TV stand. We specifically requested the store manager to deliver the all of items on July 15th. However, on July 15th we only received sectional sofa and mattress. They told as to take tv stand from store or it will take more than for days to deliver after July 15th. They told as the bedroom set will be delivered on 18th but they change their mind on the 17th and told us to wait until 25th. We also returned the sectional sofa we bought do to large size and the structure of our appartment. We went to store to choose another sectional sofa we are harassed by Mr Tatler who is the store manager. When we told him the choice they give us is to expensive for us, we need something cheaper, he told us "either take it or leave it." We are disappointed and angry with their service. read more

The scarborough location is terrible and also extremely disrespectful. Since April, I've been trying to contact the store manager or anyone at the home office. I tried different communication avenue and all of them were unsuccessful. The Instagram handler told me the manager would call me last week and obvious no one did. Someone at the store told me the same thing. The lack of customer service is beyond awful. I need answers and the rest of my order that was promised for July. 1- The total of my invoice doesn't line up. There is no price details other than the total and the taxes. After being rushed at the time of my purchase, I went home and created an online shopping cart for the same items. They acted like they were giving me a good deal by offering me the no tax promotion which is across all branches. On the online cart, I added the same items at full price. But some items were more expensive at the store. ie the HaileyII matters by 40$, the items they said it would be free (furniture cleaning kit) ended up not free and the items that was supposed to be half price due to the size of the purchase were not reduced. I came up with a different near 300$. I decided to go at the store to support the sales person due to COVID. I figured they would benefit on the commission. I wasn't expected they will actually take advantage of me I sent them by email and to the IG handler the full breakdown of the cost I paid versus what they said and what I cam up with online. 2- Due to the circumstances with COVID I totally understand that there's delay. However, I shouldn't have to call to have an update. This been dragging since April. The original delivery was to be in June for some components. Mid-June, they left me a voice message indicating that the delivery would be in July. I had to call them to find out they were not expecting my delivery until late July. Then I called again on August 11 to find out that it is pushed back... again. 3- At the beginning of June someone called me asking me to contact the financing company on THEIR behalf, which I refused to do so since no one answered me since April. I told them that the financing company confirmed that everything was properly filled on my end prior having someone from Lastman calling me. They were asking my help to charge me. I refused heping them due to their terrible service and their scam. 4- They blocked my email address!!!!!! Since I sent multiple emails and follow up to have answer, they probably got fed up and assume I will forget so they blocked me. Acting like kids who can't take accountability. read more

In November I purchased a fridge, range, dishwasher and range hood for my new home. I was told delivery would be within 2-4 weeks. The range arrived in that time frame and the dishwasher 6 weeks later. I have yet to receive the fridge and range hood and have been told they will not be in stock until JULY! I have called and emailed every department and have been given the run around on multiple occasions. They suggested I switch out the fridge for one that was in stock, which I did and when that one didn't arrive on the delivery date I called and was told this one was now not in stock. I've asked for a refund several times and have been refused. Their customer service and business practices are abysmal. read more

The worst service imaginable from these people. I placed an order for a TV stand on November 24th, 2017. Today is April 20th, 2018, and the order is still not fulfilled. They wanted a photocopy of my driver's license to pick up the item. I'm sure this is a violation of the privacy act, as there is no legitimate need. I refused. I was told 3 times that the item was available for pickup. The third time, the item was actually available - 2 wasted trips. The item was missing assembly instructions. They were emailed to me. Then I discovered I was missing a part. I was told that I would be contacted - never happened. Tried to follow up with them - was told repeatedly it would be sent to me - never happened. They claim to have mailed it out both in February and March but it never arrived. Of course they have no tracking to prove it. Funny, but I have never missed receiving a credit card statement or bill, but for some reason, Canada Post can't get Bad Boy's mail right? So I am out about $140. There is no indication that a single person there has even the slightest care about the customer, and many indications of the exact opposite. Then I discovered the multiple "F" ratings by the BBB for unresolved customer complaints, and many, many online customer complaints. I have maximum contempt for this company and would never under ANY circumstances give them any business, or recommend others to give them business. read more

Lastman's Bad boy's sales and manager are so aggressive to make sales with you. They give me a feeling of robbery. It's common for sales to eager to sell products but THEY HAVE NO PATIENT AND RESPECT TO YOU ESPECIALLY AFTER YOU MADE PAYMENT. Do you know why? Because once you leave your signature on the order form, it means you can't cancel it anymore and the money certainly drop into bad boy's pocket no matter how you are not satisfied with their post-sale services or products or delivery duration. The most tricky and unacceptable means are that the sales never highlight this key point when making order for you. The words "final sales no refund" are very small and hard to be noticeable. They mislead you to sign and no any explanation. We know that for a new house, many things should be organized and the furniture size problem is very common. The store let me wait over one month for shipment. But after home, I found 3 pieces leather sofa are too big for my small living room and I asked to cancel loveseat of my sofa, the sales denied immediately because he said you ordered them and cannot be refund in cash. It can turn to store credit. I bought lots of products from bad boy and no more furniture needed in the near future. So I don't want store credit. I went to the store and talked to store manager. The store manager is a Brown-skinned man at the age of 50 years old and he talked to my husband and when I want to ask a question, he said what I explained has explained and he left. He DOESN'T respect to customers and DOESN'T willing to listen to me because only his time is valuable. So I suddenly understand why anther employees do not respect to you as well. My girlfriend and I purchased a brand new whirlpool washer and a dryer...AND a Fridge over the holidays. We spent very close to $5,000.00 What a horrible horrible mistake on our part to shop at babdboy, a lesson we will never repeat and hope to tell everyone we know about. We had two significant issues after the products arrived at our place one much worse than the other. The washing machine they sold us for roughly $1,000.00 never washed anything. Whirlpool model # WTW8500DC0 supposedly a state of the art high efficiency machine so the salesman said. Well after every load of clothes, even on the deep water cycle we pulled out articles of clothing that clearly had never been touched by water. We called Badboy thinking they just got $5000.00 in revenue from us they will surely come to the rescue. Not even a returned phone call, the General manager (Paul) assisted the sales person during our visit so we figured he would remember us and would be there to help...not a chance, I am writing this review nearly 1 month after we noticed the issue and no one at Badboy has called us back, I have left 5 messages. We tried Whirlpool they sent a technician who saw with his own eyes the clothing come out after a full cycle still dry yet the report he filed was "machine operating as normal, no repair required" Essentially whirlpool has poorly engineered it's products and they don't care about their customers. We are not giving up, we will be posting a video of the machine operating on Youtube, and we are still considering small claims court although it is a lot to go through and we may just end up buying a used machine as we have no money left to replace this with a new one...But I sincerely ask anyone out there to beware Lastman's Badboy ....do not fall victim to a "good deal" saving a hundred dollars on a machine is not worth it in the end, please go somewhere where they are professional. Also we did purchase their "solid Gold" extended warranty not that that made any difference.
