My friend was so pleased with her arrangement she called me twice and texted me 3 times to tell me how beautiful the arrangement was and then texted me a week later to tell me how they were still alive and looking good. They were helpful and friendly. I was worried about ordering flowers on a budget, because a lot of times the florist will short cut the job and use old flowers. No way not this place. I just told him what the occasion was and they put together some roses that were already opened up nicely with baby's breath, a fat red ribbon, and this red mesh fabric. It was exactly what you'd want to present, and I didn't have to spell it out they just knew. I recently lost my Dad and I walked into this shop looking for funeral arrangements. Me and family was given water and a seat to look at pictures, talk about what we wanted and it was such a pleasant visit. I didn't feel pressured or that this was just a sale. Needed two bouquets for my uncle's funeral. Being from Hawaii, had to have a tropical theme but without breaking the bank price wise. Took a chance and left a message for a callback on Sunday night. I was waiting for this place to call me at 2:00pm to pick up my flowers and no call. I called them at 2:30pm and they told that they are out of red roses that I ordered and paid for. There was no negotiation for the price on my flowers that the roses were wilted and the presentation bouquet was over expensive for what I got. I paid for a dozen of red roses and he was trying to add other colors bc he said they are out maybe that's why 6 of the roses were wilted with no life in them. These people are killing customers with their prices. Too expensive for what they delivered as a product. They didn't care about the customer but they got their money. read more

I ordered a cancer ribbon for my grand mothers funeral. I told him what I wanted and he said no problem. When I saw the arrangement at the funeral home for the first time, he had gone over and beyond what I expected. It was beautiful. I will definitely be going back. A HUGE thank you to Mr. Doug & his flower boutique! I was referred to him by my MOH! Honestly I was skeptical at first because his shop didn't look like he had any flowers and the books of pictures looked very old school but let me tell you, I was VERY wrong! I told Mr Doug I wanted my bouquet a certain way and he was working with MY budget. The colors for my wedding were Tiffany blue, charcoal grey & a hint of silver. I advised him I wanted an all white bouquet with greenery. He advised to incorporate blue to have my wedding dress "pop" I honestly wasn't too fond of the idea because all I could think of was a quinceanera LOL I trusted my MOH so I knew she wouldn't just refer anyone. On the actual wedding day when I saw the flowers, I was in AWE! My bouquet was gorgeous, beyond my expectations! The center pieces were perfect, the MOH and bridesmaids bouquet were beautiful and the center pieces were amazing! Mr. Doug you have really outdone yourself & I was ONE happy bride! Went in for Valentine's Day. The shop seemed unorganized and frankly dirty. The reason for the two stars is bad customer service. I waited in line like everyone else and when I got to the counter I started asking about flower bouquet options and the guy that was "helping" me barked out a two options and just walked away and around me to another guy in line and started to help him. Huh?!! I wasn't taking up any time with endless questions on a busy day. They just seemed less interested in creating longtime customers and cashing in on the day. Not intelligent business strategy. I ended up spending my $$ down the street at a more professional flower shop. Who I will return to many more times. read more
