Just found my new favorite flower shop in Carson! I've ordered from other shops before but this is definitely the best one yet! I called in to place an order for delivery for my sister-in-laws birthday & mentioned that I would like a mixed arrangement & then mentioned the price range I would like to spend. The lady I spoke with reassured me that they can put something together & that they would make it beautiful. They definitely kept their word! Very happy with their customer service & appreciate the time they took to put together such a beautiful arrangement! Thank you so much! read more

I love the professionalism, passion, and amazing customer service. If you have a thought for what you want, they can bring it to reality.

AMAZING!!! I had my wedding in October and was referred to Doug from a family member. I was a wreck and was dealing with incompetent vendors who made my anxiety crash through the roof. When I met with Doug I could immediately tell he knows exactly what he's doing. He understood my vision so quickly and easily that I thought something has to be wrong. He was a calming spirit and he came to the venue on time and ready. Everything was PERFECT!!! His expertise and professionalism gives him 5 stars alone but his arrangements, bouquets...etc deserve its own 5 stars as well. It was a magical day and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL. read more

The first time I bought a bouquet from The Last Minute Florist was 2 weeks ago for my wife's birthday. She was so thrilled with them I purchased 3 more bouquets since then for my coworker who was leaving, my mother-in-law who had a close friend pass, & another one for my wife for our anniversary. The owner is very friendly & professional. I highly recommend this florist! read more

I should have written a review days ago! I was in search of a florists who could deliver flowers to my sister on her birthday. I called different places but when I reached out to Last Minute Florists, I loved their warm and friendly service. I spoke to Doug about what I had envisioned for the flowers for my little sister and he made it happen! I recommend them to anyone who is in search of beautiful arrangements of flowers. He made sure they were delivered that same day. My sister went on and on about how in love she was with the flowers. I can't thank him and his team enough! I look forward to using their services again in the future. read more

I called on Saturday around noon to ask if they had any corsages that were ready for purchase. The guy who answered the phone stated that they did not, but that they could make me one. Music to my ears!! Or so, I thought. He said that I just needed to pick the flowers and the colors that I wanted. I asked how long that would take and he said about 30 minutes. That didn't sound too bad. I was sick of calling around, only to find florists who were closed (there are lots on Saturdays) or those that were open, but needed a week or more notice to make a corsage. I was all the way in Culver City when I called and the purpose of the phone call was to (1) Confirm that they're open (2) Find out if they have any corsages and if not, could they make it (3) See how long it would take. I was pressed for time because I had two of my kids going to prom and I had already driven to 3 other florists. I did not want to waste another trip! I arrived here at 4:00pm on Saturday and they were closed! I was so pissed off, because even the hours on their door says that they close at 6:00pm, so Yelp doesn't have the hours wrong. They just chose to leave early and if it was an emergency, which I doubt, they didn't leave any notice on the door. If they were closing early, the least he could have done was to tell me when I called, rather than have me drive all the way over here for nothing. I'll never use them, again. I see why they're racking up the bad reviews in the last few months. read more

I was referred to Doug at Last Minute Florist by my funeral director. After having several bad experiences with the flower market in downtown Los Angeles and with on-line ordering, I decided to give him a try. My daughter and I visited his shop in Carson and were greeted with courteous, professional staff. I was impressed with the arrangements I saw in the store, with the selection available in his catalog and his prices are reasonable. My flowers were delivered on time, and they were fresh and beautiful. I will definitely recommend anyone in need to flowers to give them a try. Letrice read more

Last Minute Florists - Saw this as I walked into the store. Beautiful arrangement. - Florists Near Me - Carson, California

It's been years since I've been to a florist because I usually just buy flowers from a grocery store but I wanted this day to be special. I took a chance based on a review and I'm so happy that I did. The owner who's name I forgot was very kind and charming. I didn't know exactly what I wanted and just mentioned it was for a new woman I'm dating a bday. I didn't want to go with just roses so I asked for a mix and a few roses and his staff came through. The wait time was maybe 15 minutes and while waiting the owner offered me a cold bottle of water. We chatted while the arrangement was being made. When the arrangement was finished it came in a vase wrapped with a big red bow. Absolutely beautiful !!! I will defiantly come back and highly recommend them!! read more

Save your money and your time. This lady didn't have any nice flowers. She charged me for 2 small bouquets $20 each and half the flowers were dead. I placed two separate phone orders from Last Minute Florists. The first order was for a bouquet of a dozen roses, some lilies and carnations. They quoted $59.99, but I wanted something bigger, so I asked them to add additional flowers to make a larger bouquet. They added flowers and gave me a total of $91. The bouquet looked good, and the flowers lasted longer than expected. I was happy with their flowers, so a couple of weeks later I called them because I needed a second flower arrangement. Everything went downhill after this. I placed an order for red and white roses, and I asked them to make the arrangement larger than the previous one. The order was confirmed, and they quoted $124. I was satisfied and thanked them. The flower arrangement delivered was nowhere what I expected, but instead, this was a small arrangement of red roses, carnations and lilies which was almost identical to the first one and much smaller. Keep in mind I paid more for a larger one. As soon as I found out about the incorrect flowers I called them and spoke with the same person who took my order. She kept me on the phone longer than needed and placed me on hold several times. I'm not sure what she was doing, but there seemed to be lots of confusion in the background. Finally, she came on the phone and said they would deliver the correct flowers (red and white roses) the following business day. The new delivery would arrive late and not have the same meaning, but there wasn't much else I could do or say other than asking for a refund which would not fix the problem. A few days later they did make a delivery, but again, not what I expected. Instead of roses, they delivered small plant arrangement. I don't understand where the confusion happened. Did they run out of red and white roses? Never again will I buy flowers from this shop. read more

This shop is AMAZING; friendly service, great quality flowers and very reasonable prices. I called on November 8, 2016 at 3:30pm to place an urgent order for same day delivery, I thought for sure they would say no because three other stores had already told me absolutely not. I explained it was my mother's birthday and I wanted to have flowers delivered before 6pm. To my surprise Mr. Doug said not to worry, he could make the arrangement and deliver before 6pm. I ordered 2 dozen long-stem roses and paid a fraction of what other stores had quoted. I was still hesitant the arrangement would not meet my expectations because I am very picky about quality flowers. Then I was shocked.... The flowers arrived at my mother's home at 5:15pm and the arrangement was HUGE. Beautiful QUALITY roses along with orchids. The arrangement was so big it barely fit on the cocktail table. My mother stood next to the arrangement for a picture and it was almost as big as her. I am beyond grateful to Mr. Doug and his staff for making the arrangement so quickly, so beautiful, and for being so gracious with my request. I highly recommend this flower shop to anyone who is looking for quality flowers at a good cost. I searched their website and noticed they also make arrangements for weddings and events. I can assure you this will be my to-go place and my family's for any flowers we need. Marie LaVerne, CA read more
