Our client does not live near the property and did not have a way of getting us the pictures. I called Amanda's office, hoping that they could help us find a way to get the pictures. I spoke to Katherine Vargas and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I was reluctant to ask such a favor but they were very willing to help. They actually had someone from their office drive to the location and send me the needed pictures the next day! If Amanda's office was willing to help someone who isn't even their client, then I'm sure they would go over and beyond for their own customers. I called another insurance agent who was even closer to my client's property, but they were not willing to help.

We recently purchased a property in Big Bear and felt it was important to work with a local…read moreinsurance agent who truly understood the area and the unique insurance challenges that come with mountain properties. We were referred to Farmers Insurance in Big Bear, and I am extremely glad we were. When I called, I had the pleasure of speaking with Nickole. From the moment she answered the phone, she was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Anyone purchasing a home in the Big Bear area knows that many insurance companies will not write policies there, which often means going through the California FAIR Plan along with a wraparound policy. Nickole completely understood the process and explained everything clearly. She gathered all of my information and told me she would get back to me before the end of the day. To be honest, these days you often hear that and never receive a callback, but Nickole did exactly what she promised. Before the end of the day she called me back, had quotes prepared, emailed everything over, and we were able to finalize coverage and payment before 5:00 PM that same day. In today's world, finding someone who truly follows through and delivers on their promises is rare. Nickole absolutely exceeded expectations. If you are looking for insurance in the Big Bear area, I highly recommend calling Farmers Insurance and asking for Nickole. You will be blown away by her professionalism, communication, follow-up, and overall customer service.
