Then every time they need to move forward with things we hired them for they wait around for a response and more payments. Which you won't even know about unless you constantly check your emails , horrible follow up. This company knows how much filing fees cost, so if anything include all fees in the total and be upfront about everything. So your customers are not getting delays from you guys because we didn't see an email asking for payments. This is by far the worst service I've ever used, they're a complete rip off that Nickle and dime you for everything after already over paying them upfront .
