Overcharged & Undelivered: I paid $475 plus $250 for a "rebuttal" he promised but never completed. Additional services he offered were unnecessary and never performed. Neglected Duties: My tenants are still in the property months later because he failed to set a court date, ignored my instructions, and continually blamed me for delays while taking my money. Threatened Me Over This Review: He sent messages and posted on Yelp claiming my review was "fake," threatening legal action, and stating he could charge $150 per day in damages for defamation, libel, malicious prosecution, and other claims. This review reflects my personal experience. Bottom line: In my experience, this service was unreliable, overcharged, and acted outside its legal scope.
